nine; i walk

We all walked to our class obviously not wanting to go. We all said our goodbyes and went our seprate ways. My next class was Art, just a elective I like. I chose it cause I love to draw, I want to be an artist when I'm older but at the same time... I really don't know what I want to be.

I got in class and took a seat at my table. Sadley I don't know anyone in that class so I'm all by myself which I don't really mind. 

(I'm gonna skip all the school stuff cause really no one cares aha)

Finally it was time to go! I packed all my stuff to put it in my locker. I opended it and put my stuff in and shut the door. I walked awkwardly outside to walk home. Yes I walk home but I don't mind cause I like being by myself. 

Along the way I saw a group of the popular kids and I just awkwardly walked around them. They gave me dirty looks and I just brushed it off like usual. Then suddenly, I saw to pair of hands waving at me from far away. I walked a bit fast to get a better look, It was Calum. I blushed knowing it was him and walked over to him.

"Hey Veronica where are you going?" He asked a bit worried. "Home." I said. "Walking?" "Yeah" I said. "Well you know I could always give you a ride..." He said pointing to his car. "No it's okay I'm fine really." I said while begining to walk again. He took hold of my shoulder and truned me around. "No I insist... What If something bad happens to you?" He said looking a bit worried.

"I walk everyday and nothing happens." I say a bit annoyed but calm. "Well not today!" He says and guides me to his car. "God Calum." I say.

I get in and he does too. He puts the key to his car Ignition and we are off to the road. I told him my adress and he nodded his head in response. "But Calum you didn't need to do this you know." I sighned and looked towards the window. "I did it cause I care about you okay..." He said. I turned to him and smiled. 

By 15 minutes we finally got to my house. I got out his car taking my backpack along with me and said "Thanks Calum..." I shly said and headed to the door. "Oh wait!" He said and I turned around to look at him. "I was thinking if we could you know... hang out... just us.. soon.." He blushed and waited for me to answer. "That'd be great I'd love to." I said and blushed too. 

"See you tomorrow then Veronica bye!" "Bye Calum!" and he drove off leaving me standing there smiling like a little freak. I chuckled to myself and went to my door to unlock it and finally got in.

"Surely this day was interseting." I said to myself.
