The marks represent their parents.
Their Greek God parents.
These are the following symbols that will appear on your hand depending on your parent.
Children of Zeus: 🦅
Children of Poseidon: 🔱
Children of Hades: ☠️
Children of Athena: 🦉
Children of Hermes: 🛤
Children of Aphrodite: 🕊
Children of Hera: 🦚
Children of Ares: 🐗
Children of Apollo: 🎼
Children of Artemis: 🌑
Children of Hephaestus: 🔨
Children of Demeter: 🌽
(And any other god you'd like as your ocs parent. You can come up with your own symbol if needed. I did mad research for these symbols, so correct me if I'm wrong or smth)
OC, is one of these children with the special symbol.
They don't want anyone to figure out who their parent is.
OC is really close with crush, and they usually don't keep any secrets.
Crush has been realizing that OC was...hiding something. And they didn't like it.
So they tried to find out what it was.
Gripping onto their wrists and looking at a very visible symbol. They knew what it meant.
OCs parent on the other hand wasn't exactly happy with some person touching their child.
(So if your OCs parent is Zeus consider the protective father trying to zap poor crush with lightning.)
