I throw on some mascara and pull my hair back into a neat ponytail, I'm wearing a peach floral dress with white flat shoes. I look at myself and sigh, the dress flows pass my knees elegantly as I twirl in it, my phone lights up and I answer it. "Hey babe"  Andy beamed over the phone and I smiled, "hey, how's it going?" I asked grabbing my purse off my bed and heading downstairs. I hear Andy sigh over the phone and I stop in my tracks, "what's wrong?" I asked worriedly, "Dinner's cancelled" he groaned and I huffed. I was actually looking forward to meeting his parents.

"What? Why?" I asked disappointedly, I rubbed the back of my neck and shifted my weight to my left leg. "My mom had a late shift so we'll just be eating takeout" he tells me and I furrowed my eyebrows, "ok" I whisper, "I'll see you tomorrow, love you" he tells me and I smile slightly. "I love you-" the line disconnects before I could finish and I sighed.

Huffing, I head back to my room and flop down on my bed. My phone begins ringing once again and I groan, glancing at the screen I answered, "hey why aren't you at this party?" Rose asks and I chuckled, "Rose it's a school night" I state and I can hear her rolling her eyes at me. I snickered.

"Yeah and? We stay up late and do homeworks on a school night, ever think of that?" She giggles and I snicker, "would you rather stay home and do that homework we got or come out and have fun with me?" She asked and I thought it over.

"Fine, I'll be there" I smiled and hung up.

I look at myself in the mirror once again and shook my head. I stripped out of my floral dress and put on a black and white plaid skirt and a black spaghetti strap top with high boots. My room door bursts open and I rolled my eyes, "Joshua" I groaned and he smiled widely "need a ride?" He offered and I  smirked "have I ever told you how much I love you"  I say and he brings a hand to his chest.

We decided to head out before it got any later seeing that it was a school night and I still had to go to school and get good grades.

Upon arriving I placed my phone in my bag and turned to Joshua, "meet you back out here in an hour, if anything and I need to leave I'll text you" I tell him and turn to leave but stop, "and remember, stay out of trouble" I squeeze his hand and smiled. He was older but I was the more responsible one.

I got out of the car and made my way towards the party. Music was blasting from the modern family home, the front yard littered with people and their red cups, I push pass a couple strangers and make my way inside the party. There's a group of people sat together in the living room smoking and playing games, another group in the kitchen playing beer pong and some outside skinny dipping in the pool. I scan the place for Rose or Diane. "Hey" I hear the tiny voice beam and I turn around, her red hair short and resting on her shoulders as she smiled at me, "hey, Rose" I smiled brightly and she handed me a cup.

She's wearing a red and black dress mid thigh with flat shoes. "No thanks" I say handing her back the cup, "we have school tomorrow" I state and she groans and throws her head back dramatically, "it's punch" she snorts, "where's that badass girl that was at Luke's party last week?" She asked and I cringed. "It wasn't badass it was irresponsible" I huffed and she laughed.

"Sometimes I feel like you're a different person" she shrugs and I immediately nodded no, "maybe I have different personalities?" I shrugged and she nodded. I took the drink from her hand and downed it quickly, gagging at the horrible taste, I was about to reprimand her but she'd disappeared.

That was not punch. That was alcohol. She tricked me.

I make my way to the kitchen where I sat the cup down. She couldn't have gone far, I thought pushing pass a couple making out. I jogged upstairs, searching for a bathroom to wash the horrible taste out of my mouth. I wonder where Diane is, I haven't seen her since I got here, I thought pushing the first door open.
