Name: The Countdown
Type: Emitter
Range: Within hearing distance
Description: The user of this quirk Counts down from ten and with each digit they count is a small amount of fear that the enemy/person/people in hearing distance feels. Once they reach one the people who hear it will begin to freak out uncontrollably and/or be frozen with fear.
Special abilities: The final three~ Once the user reaches three the people who hear this will begin to feel immense amounts of fear in their veins but be immobile until the user says zero. With each digit down they go is another rush of fear added to the listener. They may also experience flashbacks to horrific or terrifying moments of their life from before then which adds to the fear.
Drawbacks:
1.) User can never reach zero as it will kill anyone listening.
2.) User can NEVER shut their quirk off unless someone has a quirk that cancels it.
Other:
User can use something to boost the distance their voice travels.
User is prolly a modern parent but could also be quite the villain.
User may be possibly armed with la chancla or any object nearby, ready to be launched at any moment.
The quirk is most effective on children but still works on adults, just not as strongly.
