Jasmine's POV
" What's happening," I said worried.
"My dad h-he's hurting my mom and me, please help me," she said quietly sobbing. "Ok ok I will meet you outside your window," I said standing up quickly and rushing out the door. Thankfully my aunt was out of town, like I care. But she was going to be back soon...

"Brisaly" I called when I got to her house. She climbed out the window, rushed to me and hugged me like her life depended on it. I saw that she was hurt! " OMG what happened to your cheek?" I asked really worried about her. " I will tell you but let's get out of here please!" she cried. " Ok ok just relax," I pulled her into a hug and ran to my car and quickly driving off.

She started to cry again." Brisaly please don't cry, everything will be ok," I said frowning. We got to my house and went inside. " Now tell me what happened."
Brisaly's POV
" Well, I got home and I was surprised my dad was home, he's like never there. I was really happy, but scared also! So I went in and he was hitting my mom! She was lying on the floor in a ball, and with blood all over her. She had marks from the belt he was hitting her with! Then, I tried to help her and he started to hit me, but I just him back and ran to my room to call you! I don't want to go back please don't make me!" I whine to jasmine. She was the best listener and good person to go to if you got a problem. " I won't make you," she said pulling me in a hug... I was so glad to have her as a friend. " Well my aunt is supposed to be here soon and she doesn't know about you cause she doesn't care about me," Jasmine frowned. Looks like she a had a similar problem in life...
