~Skyla's POV~
It was morning! That means Seto will be here soon! I will be able to become a boy! Yes! I went into the restroom, showered, and changed into my regular outfit. They won't mind me wearing my "brother's" clothes. I walk outside into the dining hall. As I arrived, I was greeted by by friends.
"Hey Skyla," Ty said casually." This is Seto. He'll be staying here for awhile."
"Okay," I reply, stuffing food down.
"Well, someone is most definitely hungry," Ian says with a laugh. "Do you want seconds?"
"Nah, I'm fine," I muffled. "Let's go Seto!"
"What?" Seto asked, confused.
"You promised to give me potion making lessons!" I say excitedly.
"I d-" I cut him off.
"C'mon!" I yell. I drag Seto away to my room. I sit him down on my bed, then close and lock the door.
"What's your problem?" He hisses.
"It's me, Sky," I reply. "Do you have it?"
"Oh," Seto said ashamed. "Ya, I have the potion."
I immediately brightened. "Can I?" I ask jumping up and down.
"Here," he says. "But there may be a slight chance of not working. I made as strong as I can, but the squids could have made their's stronger than mine."
I nod, then one-shot the potion. But I didn't feel any changes. "Well?" I ask.
"It should have worked immediately, but it didn't," he mumbles. "I'm sorry."
I start to weep on my bed, and I hear Seto whisper," I'm so sorry Sky. I'm sorry." I just weep, knowing I will be like this forever. Seto leaves but I sit there, staring off into space. I hear a knock on my door. "Come in," I say numbly.
Jason walks in with Mitch and Jerome. They see me, and their expressions drop. "It didn't work, huh?" Jason asks.
I shake my head, and I cry in Jason's shoulder. He strokes my hair and I hear him whisper, "Everything will be okay Sky" over and over. Mitch and Jerome just sit there, looking at me sympathetically. I just countinue to cry until my tears dried up. "Now what?" I ask.
"What do you mean?" Jerome said, looking confused.
"Well, since I can't turn back, and TC is worried about me, what do I do?" I say.
"I don't know, Sky," Mitch answers. "Its your choice, but sooner or later, you will have to tell."
I nod in reply.
"You have been here for a while though," Jason says. "It's lunch time."
"Well, I guess we go then," I reply. I walk back into the cafeteria with Mitch, Jerome, and Jason. "Hi everyone," I say.
"Hey, how was the lesson?" Ian asks.
"Fun," I say with a fake smile. Then a recuit runs in. "The squids sent this letter for Team Crafted!"
