ARRESTED?!?

Bryan stares at me, I see so many emotions flash through his eyes, then I realize, I'm having a panic attack, I stand up and leave, I run into Tristan's room and find Kenzie looking silently and smirking at Tristan, Tristan looks at me with the same guilt as Ryan

"Kenzie we're leaving." I say, Kenzie stands up and follows me downstairs, we are moving pretty fast and once I get out the front door I slam it really hard, we run down the street and find a clearing in a nearby forest, I sit down, sobbing, Kenzie wraps me in a hug

"Chloe I know you think they don't care, they do, they love you so much" Kenzie says

"If they loved me they would've remembered my birthday" I sniff, hugging my knees

"Okay, who else but me and Emma remembered?" Kenzie asks

I look down "Nathan" I say quietly, that's when I see, a really really, big gang, some holding bats and at least two holding knives

"Fuck" Kenzie whispers "stand up and leave, don't say a word, don't even look at them"

"I ain't scared of them, I think you forget I almost broke Bryce's nose" I say, standing up and brushing myself down, they stare at me, I stare back, scamming all of their faces, I knew what was about to happen, I gritted my teeth one of them immediately swung at me I swung back

"CHLOE!" Kenzie screams!

"FIGHT FIGHT FIGHT FIGHT FIGHT!!" Everyone was shouting, I immediately pinned him to the ground and started punching, then I heard sirens, police, I stood up and ran, bloodied up, lip busted, still kicked his ass though, whilst me and Kenzie where running I bumped into Nathan, he was with his friend, Payton

"Please don't tell me you get into another fight" Nathan groans

"HAHA FUCK YE BOII" I yell, suddenly the police car stops right next to us

"Kenzie, stay here okay, explain that you just met up with me and I was bloody, goodbye, you won't get into trouble I promise" I say, Kenzie nods and I immediately run off, the police car immediately follows and two police officers get out

"POLICE STOP RIGHT NOW!" One of them scream, I keep running, hopping over multiple garden fences, I heard another siren so I changed direction, I was back on the street still running but the police car had caught up to me and stopped me, I was immediately put in cuffs, I struggled but all four off them put me in the back

I sat there for a while until one of them got in

"Right your under arrest for assault, and resisting arrest any words you say can be held against you if you go to court, we need your parents or guardians details when we get into the police station" the woman says, I start sobbing she looks back at me and starts driving, once we get there I'm pulled out the car and into the police station

Kio, Amell, Ryan, Payton, Nathan and Kenzie are there waiting for me, I guess Nathan called them, I was put into a room with a table and two chairs

"Name?" A police officer asked

"Chloe Thompson" I say

"Date of birth?" He asks

"3.04.2008" I state

The police officer stares at me

"Guardians?" He asks

"Tristan Blane, Noen eubanks, Ryan Clements, kio cyr, Tyler ashton" I say "they're the ones who picked me up"

"Right Chloe, so the charges are assault and resisting arrest, either you serve six months in a juvenile detention center or your guardians pay a $1000 fine" the police officer says, he then leaves, I hear him talking to the boys and they come in, they shut the door slowly

"Chloe" Ryan says, slowly

"Mhm?" I reply

"Your in so much trouble" Ryan says

"Think I figured that out when I was put in cuffs" I sassed

"For fucks sake Chloe!" Ryan yells

I don't even flinch, I just keep drawing on my arm

"I give up, Nathan you talk to her, Payton you coming?" Ryan asks

"Nah I'll try talk to her" Payton says, Amell, kio and Ryan leave and Payton and Nathan sit down

"Chloe how on earth could you be so senseless?! You stormed out of the house and got into another fight! You then ran from police and resisted arrest how on earth could you be so careless?!" Nathan yells, slamming his hands against the table, I jump and pay attention

"You better look me in the fucking eye when I'm talking to you.. you have left the boys and I worried sick!" Nathan yells again, this time I flinch, Nathan has never shouted at me before

"You are so lucky we have the money to bail you out" Nathan growls, he sits back down, Payton glances at him and Nathan nods

"You do realise how serious this is" Payton says, softly, I shiver

"You can't tell me what to do your just my brother's friend" I sass, Nathan looks at me and glares, the police officer then comes in and unlocks my cuffs

"Your free to go, thanks to your brother's here who bailed you out" the police man says, i stand up and leave the room Kenzie is there biting her nails and when she see's me she flies towards me giving me a hug

"Oh my god! You have blood all over you!" She says

"Meh, doesn't hurt much" I say, shrugging, Amell comes over and lifts my chin up, he takes my wrist and pulls me towards the bathroom, he cleans up the blood and his face has softened slightly, he gently dabs at it

"Man you must of really hurt them" Amell says

"Mhm" I reply, once Amell has cleaned me up we all make our way to the car, me, Kenzie, Amell and Payton get in the Porsche SUV, the others get in the Mercedes Benz and we make our way home
