LOUISE KNEW SHE was too smart to be in school, it was a fact that she was a brainiac. She hated all of her classes, except for one.
Music.
She loved music, it was a passion she was born with. Talent seeped from her fingertips whenever she played instruments. Music was her safe house, it was something she would always go to when she had a lot going on.
But, Chemistry wasn't her thing.
"Lou, you look like you're about to kill someone." Alex chuckled as he leaned towards her.
She hated Chemistry, there were two reasons for it. The first one being that she hated the old teacher who just sprouted nonsense every single second, she felt like taking a nap right now.
A fucking long one.
The second and last being that Alex was seated right next to her on the row, his outrageous remarks always getting under her skin.
"That's just how my face works, Alex." Louise grumbled as she rested her jaw on her hand.
"Aren't you happy that we have chemistry together?" Alex brightly grinned.
"Oh, I'm so happy. Can't you see my tears of joy running down my cheek, Alex?" Louise feigned a sweet smile.
"That's what I expected." Alex proudly smiled.
"My innocent eyes can't see this. Get a room, you two." Jayden mumbled from behind Alex.
"Why? Is my sweet Jay jealous?" Alex smiled, "You know you're the only one for me, Jay."
Jayden snorted, "I doubt that you're cheating on me with David. But, I better be your only one."
"I'm not in a relationship with Alex. Stop involving me in this couple's fight." David grumbled as he glared at his friends.
"Davie, we all know you can't resist my charm." Alex winked at David.
David scrunched his face up, "What charm? Louise, do something about him." He groaned as he pleadingly looked at her.
"What am I supposed to do?" Louise frowned, "Beat him up?"
"Say sweet words to him?" Celine suggested with a small smile.
"Lou, I think you mean spank my ass." Alex let out a deep laugh.
"Ou, kinky." Jayden chuckled as he suppressed his laughter.
Louise glared at him, "Alex, I'm seriously going to send you to fucking Mars."
Alex winked at her, "With you, I could go anywhere, mon amour."
"How haven't you melted yet, Lou?" Celine asked as shakes Louise's body with excitement.
"I'm a living iceberg, Celine," Louise grumbled, amusingly rolling her eyes.
