Normal Day

Hikari's POV

I woke up and stretched my body. Today is the first day I'm going to school after the incident. I'm still worried about Ryuko, we didn't contact each other after she came to the hospital when I was just woke up from my two week coma.

I barely called her because she was the one that always called me. Everyday.

I hope I'll meet her at school today.

"Don't forget to drink enough water, Hikari" oka-san spoke. I formed a small smile.

"Don't worry, I'm fine" I said.

"Yeah, we know but we don't want anything else to happen again" oto-san muttered.

"Thank you for concern about me, Oka-san, Oto-san" I said and stood up.

"You're our daughter after all" oka-san replied.

"Yes, I am. Itekimasu" I said lying to them and I walked out.

"Iterasai"

"Ohayo, Hikari" Sei greeted me.

"Ohayo, Sei" I replied.

"How're you feeling?" he asked.

"I'm fine, thanks to everyone for taking care me" I answered, smiling a bit.

"Good to know then" he smile slightly.

"So, who took care of the food and costumes while Ryuko and I were gone?" I asked him

"I did." He answered

"Thank you and don't overwork yourself, you still have to manage other classes as the student council president, don't you??" I glanced at him

"Oh and what are we going to prepare today?" I added

"We are all going to continue the decorations for the café today, we just need to paint and set the tables then we're done, since the festival is tomorrow. Thank you for your concern but I am not overworking myself." He explained

I just rolled my eyes at his statement.

"Don't roll your eyes at me" He said glaring at me from the side as we kept walking to school.

"Who said I was rolling my eyes.." I poked my tongue out and ran into the school building leaving him behind.

Ryuko's POV

"Ryuko, skip school today. You still look tired" mother said.

"I look better now, so don't worry" I smile.

"But, what if you faint? Or you puke? Or yo-"

"Mommy, I'm just sleepy, that's not going to happen" I laughed.

"Bu-"

"I'm fine~"

"Then, why you didn't tie up your hair and you didn't even comb it and it looks really messy. The skirt are all wrinkled, you wore different socks and that is not your bag" she uttered. I blinked.

"Err, really?" I asked.

"I'm not lying, sweatheart"

"Err, I still want to go to school. Mommy, please help me tie my hair into two pigtails." I said.

"Bu-"

"Please" I made a puppy face.

"Alright, but you'll go with the others today with limo"

"Yaaay!! Ryuko-neechan with us!!" Kiko shouted as she jump around while Kino is tucking my sleeve after I finish changing.

"Let's go, Ryuko" Ryuji said.
