Scourge was spending the night at Resistance HQ.

Julia was trying to sleep but she couldn't Scourge came in and stroking her head.

"Scourge what are you doing?" 

Scourge looked at me and said.

"I'm putting you to sleep and I listen to my voice."

"Ok."

Scourge started his own Asmr.

Hello welcome to Asmr have you been stressed out or you're having anxiety this ASMR will help get a good night's sleep.

Tonight we will do a sleep meditation designed to you go to sleep fast.

Please don't listen while driving or heavy machinery please listen in a place where you can safely go to sleep and let's begin.

You are about to experience and go into a deep sleep whilst listening to this guided meditation.

This will help you just switch off and fall asleep faster.

After a long day relax and allow yourself to finally have that good restful sleep.

Continue your relaxation and prepare yourself for sleep by adjusting the position of your body.

That is most comfortable for you and that allowed you so many times before to go into a deep restful sleep.

As your lying in bed and begin to feel comfortably relaxed.

I would like you to let your eyes gently close and if they already closed imagine closing your eyes again and again.

Your eye lids are heavy and relaxed. 

That's right and as you do that recognize how easy it is.

With your eyes closed to go inside very pleasantly accessing happy memories.

Past peaceful experiences when you felt good relaxed and very very sleepy now.

I wonder wherever you will do deeper into relaxation.

With the sound of my voice all with calming tones of this meditation.

Now I'd like you to take two deep and slow breaths.

And as you exhale that first breath you can drift even more deeply into a peaceful and pleasant state of relaxation.

That will help you fall asleep.

Faster than before and after this first deep breath.

You're going to concentrate on a second deep breath even more deep than the first breath and you feel very peaceful and very pleasant again.

I wonder will you discover that you relax more deeply as you inhale or you will find out that you become even more relaxed each time you exhale and as you relax allow calming breathing on it's own.

And settle on a relaxed rhythm effortlessly deepening you intention to relax.

Let go and fall asleep faster than before now while the breathing helps you to deepen your relaxation.

Notice how much it easy feel as you become aware of your facial muscles gently smoothing out relax and let it go.

It feels good doesn't it.

Allow your relaxed awareness to notice the top of your head being relaxed and the back of your head being relaxed.

Relaxation awareness goes down your back and chest all the way down to your stomach.

That's it just like that and as you continue to relax deeper and deeper allow your relaxation to go all the way down.

All the way down to your legs and feet.

As your relaxed and passive awareness visits part of your ready relaxed body.

I would like to recognize which part of your body feels that pleasant heaviness of relaxed muscles is is your feet your legs your back or your arms and hands.

Recognize now what part of your body.

Feels most relaxed and as you do that allow all other parts of your body to become equally comfortable and double your relaxation now to become completely relaxed I would like to imagine that you are taking a nice warm shower.

The clear stream water is gently sidling down from the top of your head and you are allowing that warm clear water to wash away all worries concerns and distracting thoughts starting with your head.

All negativity washing away going down the drains and your facial muscles relax warm clear water is sliding down your neck.

Gently flowing towards your shoulders down you arms.

All the way to your fingertips all stress drips away and each of many drops just takes away all worries and unwanted thoughts that used to keep you awake but not anymore.

You're feeling so relaxed now standing under the rejuvenating shower you feel your back chest and stomach muscles relaxed and soft.

So smooth your upper body is becoming completely relaxed now your awareness can notice warm and clear streams going down your legs making all the muscles completely relax feel every inch of your legs from your waist to your toes becoming very soft and smooth.

That's right your whole body feels that running water and pleasant warmth that makes you feel completely at ease and as your noticing that double your relaxation right now.

That's it as you continue to relax deeper and deeper you can listen to my voice in the background and as you listen to my voice in the background you can understand that it's helping you relax and fall asleep every time listening to my voice allow sleeping to happen naturally and now you can go deeper into the relaxation state of mind as the conscious part of you remembers other thoughts and sensations that is making you feel more at ease and as you do that now you can also imagine a comfortable and safe bedroom distraction free with the most pleasant ambient and tranquil surroundings everything in this bedroom is designed for you.

To have a restful sleep anytime and anywhere including here and now.

Imagine that you already see yourself over there feeling safe and secure in a most comfortable bed calm and relaxed getting ready to have a restful a peaceful a wonderful an amazing night's sleep.

A night's sleep just for tonight that will make you feel so good so refreshed but there can still be more and not before you finish.

Your favorite warm cup of tea as you look around you can notice.

your favorite flavor of tea prepared near your bed.

you notice the smell that instantly brings all those lovely warm feeling of satisfaction and calmness you reach for it and take the cup with both of your hands.

You can now feel the warmth of the cup as you realize but your tea is made just the way you like it.

You bring the cup closer to your mouth and you notice that pleasant smell is getting stronger inviting you once again to imagine closing your eyes and feeling good as you take another deep breath inhale all the calming sense and continue to let go.

You are ready to fall asleep you finished your tea and leave your cup let go of everything as you slide into your pillow and drift off now into a dream a lovely dream and restful deep sleep now.

As you sleep.

Scourge was finished with Asmr Julia was sleeping peacefully he kissed her on the head.

He snuggled with her.

"Goodnight Julia I love you." he said.

Scourge went to a peaceful sleep.
