Chapter 32

I motioned her to open the door that will lead to Dane.

"Go on, he's waiting for you"
She nodded meaning to say Yes.

As she opened the door I saw Dane staring in the open sky.

I nodded to her, to tell her that Im leaving, then she nodded back.

"D-dane?" I heard her say before closing the door.

I guess it's over now.

"So? Are you okay?"

"Damn it Xandr! You frightened me!" I yelled at Sander who's now beside me pouting.

"Damn it Xander! You frightened me!" He mimicked .

"Is that how broken hearts go now?" He added.

"Y-you know?"

"Of course I know, I'm your best friend stupid."

I stopped then hugged him really tight. Good thing Xander's here when I need him.
He hugged me back, that's why I rested my head more on his chest.

"Its okay Xeira I'm here for you." He said comforting me.

"Thank you." I whispered slowly.

"Let's go? Are you done eating?"

I shook my head. I'm really hungry now despite everything that happened.

Xandr's POV.

We drove off going to McDonald's, because I want her to remember our first meeting.

I have Xeira now, Ipthis time I will make sure that I won't lose her again. I'll fight till death. And NO ONE CAN STOP ME!

"Uhm hey Xeira?"

"Yeah?"

"I-i-i i"

"I what?"

"I love you."

"I love you too Xandr, that's what friends are for right? To love each other till the end."

"You know I've been telling you this a lot of times now, right?"

"Your getting a little creepy Xandr."

" And every time I say to you those three words I mean it. I love you not only as a best friend but more than that. And if I ask you if I can have a chance will you say yes?"

"Xandr.."

"Please Xeira, just this once. And I'll prove to you, I'll prove to you that I'm worth it, that I'm better than Dane. Please Xeira."

"I-i'll think about it"

"Thank you Xeira"

Xeira's POV.

Should I give Xandr a chance?

I know he loves me more than as a best friend. I felt and until now I can still feel it. But I'm afraid, like there's a part of me, who's afraid of Xander. But I've known him too long now. I know his a good guy and I know that he won't hurt me too.

As I was still spacing out my phone vibrated. I took it out from my pants,  and saw a message from xandr.

Hey? Are you free?

I simply replied with a

Yeah. Wanna go out?

Maybe giving him a chance won't hurt.

Hmm. Just as I was thinking.

Hahah.  I replied

So? I'll pick you up at lunch?

Lunch? Say?

Sure. That'd be awesome.
