Chapter 1: Childhood

[Flashback 18 years ago]

8 year-old Taehyung, being the good brother he is, has brought 5 year-old Y/N to the playground.

He wants his little sister to have friends because she's almost gonna attend Kindergarden.

Y/N sure is shy, she doesn't have that much friends.

She carries a chick plushie with her all the time and she names it Chim-chim.

The only people that she considers her friends are her older siblings; Jisoo, Taehyung, Jennie and Jin.

Aswell as her neighbours, Lisa, Rosè and Jungkook.

"Come here Y/nie!" Taehyung said as he held Y/N's hand.

Y/N smiled at Taehyung. Taetae then guided her towards the swing.

He let go of Y/N's hand and said, "Stay here okay. I'm gonna buy some ice cream!"

"Okayy! Get me bwanilla okay?" Y/N shouted as she smiled at her beloved older brother.

Taehyung smiled back at her and gave her an 'okay' sign.

5-year-old Y/N began to ride the swing but suddenly a boy interrupted her, "Hello! What's your nwame? I'm Jimin!"

"Jimin? Are you one of Taetae's fwend?" Y/N asked shyly, looking down.

She looked at Jimin slowly and tilted her head. The boy did the same and both giggled at their actions.

Jimin then nodded in response and smiled at the girl.

"Hi Jimin! Nice to meet you~ I'm Y/N!" She replied, smiling at him and shaked his hands.

"Nice to meet you too! How old are you?" Jimin asked Y/N as he gave her a warm smile.

Y/N thought for awhile and said, "I'm fwive!"

Jimin smiled at Y/N and she did the same.

"I'm fwive too!" Jimin exclamied as he high-fived the girl.

Jimin noticed Y/N's plushie and decided to ask her about it.

"What's thwe nwame of your plushie?"

"It's nwame is Chimchim!" Y/N replied as he handed the plushie to Jimin.

Jimin held the plushie and smiled at it, his eyes turning into crescents.

"You look wike Chimchim!" Y/N said as she clasped her hands together.

She was clearly amazed at the resemblance of Jimin and his plushie Chimchim!

"Wow! You're right! I do look wike Chimchim!" Jimin replied, his eyes turning into crescents upon comparing his face to the plushie.

"You look wike one of my plushies too!" Jimin added. "My tiger plushie! You look like him!"

Y/N widened her eyes in amazement and said, "Really?! Where is ittt?"

"It's on my room, along with all my other plushies!" Jimin replied, giggling at Y/N's reaction.

"Wow! You must have a ton of them!" Y/N shouted, still amazed that she also has a plushie that looks similar to her.

"Y/nieee I guess you met Jimin already? Isn't he sweet?" Taehyung said as he nudged Y/N's shoulder, wiggling his eyebrows.

Innocent like a bunny, five-year-old Y/N replied "He is! Sweet wike candy!"

Taehyung couldn't help but laugh the fact that his sister didn't get the joke and teasing.
