Apollyon p.o.v
We were in the training court for a special occasion today. "A peacekeeper fights not with strength but with her agility and speed alexis" I explained to my daughter, she was to begin training to become one today at age 18 and (y/n) was also the same age, he was to become a warden.
Alexis: "I understand mother" she responded, in a sweat after practicing dodging around with two short wooden swords and in her armor (see the cover of this story) for the past hour. "Good girl alexis you're going to make me a proud mother i just know it" i was telling the truth, she appeared to be in great shape and was incredibly fast whilst dodging around me. Faster than any peacekeeper i've ever fought in the old legions at least. "Take a break alexis, (y/n) it's your turn, come on down".
Alexis p.o.v
I always wondered whatever happened to (y/n)'s parents, my mother always tells me to never ask him for he is not comfortable having a discussion about it. I hope they didn't abandon him and leave him on purpose , i'm happy my mother decided to take him in. Playing with him as a child was the best and we always got along, but we're older now and we must learn how to fight to support our home, no, our legion. The black-stone legion, specifically, i wouldn't say im loo-
"Oomph" i yelped as i bumped into (y/n) by accident i then started falling forwards, curse me for always talking to myself and getting side tracked. (Y/n) grabbed my hands and pulled me to his chest.
"Are you ok Alexis?" He asked, "Y-yes i'm fine (y/n)" I barely managed to say. It was a good thing i still had this mask and hood on because i was blushing like a mad women, (y/n) was the most handsome man i've ever seen and i have the biggest crush on him. I love his (h/c) beard on his perfectly sculpted face.
"Take a seat here" he said as he put me down on a wooden chair close to the training grounds. I felt something in my chest, was it love? Yes I believe it was. I've finally made up my mind, I'm going to tell him i love him soon.
(Y/n) p.o.v
I felt something deep inside of my chest as i lay Alexis on the seat i just got out of and with that feeling i have no explanation what it was, could it have been love? Perhaps it could of, but, i don't know how she feels about me, so i will wait for another day before confronting her about it.
