" There was a legend told by my six great parents who passed it down to my parents and grandmother until me:
Legend goes that a hunter saw a creature he never knew and took its eye out, leaving it running away. But he should've regretted doing that, for the creature returned back with tears that poured out with gems but he didn't survive and was killed. From that, the monster sculpted his children and the monster destroyed every village with his children. As one person and his half monster told the locals, he is the great Monster King. The only way to make peace between them is a rare fruit, a fruit that only the old village knows about. And no attacks are given from that point on. But they say that if you find a piece of gem and keep it, they will return and give you tasks which are impossible to accomplish unless you have the rare fruit. About the children, they were all immortal because their weakness was only their father. But the father got bored of him being immortal so he put his weakness to his eldest son. They have their own strengths and the-" "Whatever China!" They looked at America who was sipping his drink, "You know shouldn't believe those stupid stories because they can make you crazy." China stomped towards him , "You create beliefs and they will learn about not to do!" America laughed, "Yea but after that, people dismiss it as a myth or stories, and it's telling you not to get a jewel that's one the ground." China heard them whispering and talking behind them. "But there is a specific one jewel that you aren't supposed to take home but it is a secret." America laughed again, "Now that's why I don't believe it's true, 'It's a secret' that's telling you not to pick up any jewel or else that scawy monsters come and attack you." America laughed as he walks away. "I'll show you that the legend is true and not that stupid ghost hunting and other stuff." "Whatever!"

America soon finished his work and decided to go home. In his mind, it was hilarious that China made the story whole up and all. Was he walked to the bus stop, he saw something glimmer in the darkness. As he walked closer, it a piece of a jewel. 'Is this wut China warned me... Naw. Why would I listen to him!" He picked it up and put it in his pocket as the bus arrived. As he sat down, another person sat down next to him, "Tomorrow, I'll see you in the office and we need to talk." Before America could turn to see who, the person got up and sat behind him.
