I was at my boyfriends practice in the gym that schweiden adlers usually practice even after dating for 4 years since high school(i think it aligns in time idk sorry) im still amazed by my Birdie , And yes i did fall very far for him.

I was daydreaming by how handsome he is but was cut of by a loud scream from someone "WATCH OUT!" And next thing i knew i hit my head on the wall after the ball hit my face and everything went black all i heard was the fading sounds of ambulance and someone screaming "(Y/N)!(Y/....."

-Hoshiumi POV-

I stared in horror after a ball That Ushijima hit and (idk what hoshiumi calls him) went rouge and hit (Y/N) in the face Blood on the wall her lifeless body sliding down blood trickling from the back of her head "(Y/N!) CALL THE AMBULANCE NOW!" i screamed and rushed to her.

Why!? Why did it have to be her, Why couldn't i protect her? It's all my fault .

I reached her and checked her i grabbed a nearby towel and pressed it against the wound and the towel soaked all her blood i put as much pressure as i can. Kageyama and ushijima then approached me and they were apologizing while screaming to the phone for the ambulance to hurry up but I didn't need to hear it.

I couldn't lose her, never, after all this time at least let me propose to you. "(Y/N) please stay with me i cant live without you, Please tell me you'll be fine (Y/N) don't give up now please" i was crying while hugging her head on my shoulder i didn't care if i was showing my weak side this was my girlfriend that i want to spend my kife with , this is not fair why her? Why did this have to happen.

Soon enough an ambulance came and i heard the sirens i picked her up her legs around my right arm and her neck on top of my left arm. And i rushed to the hospital.

I woke up in a white room with white sheets with a bright white light and i squinted my eyes , i felt my hand get squeezed and i looked to the side and saw a boy that had pure white hair that looked like feathers with bags under his eyes holding one of my hands and sleeping slouched over the bed . Soon he woke up and we locked eyes but i swore his eyes went from tired half opened eyes to meteor sized eyes "(Y/N)! YOU'RE OK OH THANK GOD!" He said hugging me but i had so many questions.

I pushed him off me and he looked so hurt when i asked "W-who are you , Don't touch me" and i could see his whole face expression crashing down "Y-you're joking right (Y/N)? Im Hoshiumi Kourai your boyfriend "

"My boyfriend? Who am i? Why am i here ? What happened? Why does my head hurt?" I asked starting to panick but he calmed me down by holding ky hand tighter and he started crying and he explained ti me what happened , it felt warm and nice and welcoming being in his touch, i guess he is my boyfriend.

Soon a rush of footsteps came in and i saw a guy with a coat on which had a clipboard and he explained he was my doctor who took care of me and explained that i have selective amnesia meaning i forgot things about certain people and things..

And i just took in all that information slowly letting it sink in with a blank face, what was i supposed to do, why is life so unfair? Why me? No.. life is never fair at leadt i have people who care for me like my supposed boyfriend.

I carresed his cheek and wiped away his tears "Hey if you are my boyfriend then shouldn't you be happy im still happy? I may have lost some memories but life is never fair and we should be grateful we can still live and be together right 'Boyfriend'?" It felt warm seeing him light up and hug me while crying on my shoulders ,because:

~time skip to a week later~

My boyfriend of 4 years apparently today was our anniversary and he took me to a fancy dinner and brought me to a reserved viewing spot for watching the fireworks. I still haven't regain my memories but after Hoshiumi's friend who apparently caused this but was an accident i forgave him.

After dinner and coming to our reserved spot we sat on the grass in our yukata (pic above) .

"Hey (Y/N)?"
"Hm?"
"I love you"
"I Love you too"

Who cares if i lost my memories at least i didnt lose the people i love and the people who love me. We interlocked fingers and he leaned in and i felt like i was in a fairytale.

We kissed then the fireworks started launching potraying beautiful and gorgeous colors and patterns and all the memories i lost came rushing in.

Then we pulled apart "I remember" i mumbled and he went wide eyed "Really? U remember now?" He out both his hands on my shoulders and shook me and i just laughed "I do My birdie" and he hugged ne crying and i started tearing up again and i cried into his shoulder too. But he pulled away making me whimper but soon he reached into his Bag that he brought here(if yukata has pocket then pocket but idk) and he pulled out a red velvet box and i gassped and went wide eyed and before he even asked "I WILL!!!" i screamed and he beamed brigther knowing my answer "Jeez (Y/N) at least let me do this right." He cleared his thought then "(Y/N) you are the love of my life my one and only, the very first time that you complimented me and inspired me saying that even if we are short we can reach our dreams i knew that you were the one, you are beautiful, gorgeous and i wouldnt change anything from you , Your imperfections make you perfect, So (Y/N) will you marry me?"

"I WILL!" I said then he picked me uo by the waist and spun me in the air , this was the best moment of my life, he slipped a simple diamond ring with a gold ring into my ring finger and we kissed

Who cares if i lost memories, who cares if we are short, who cares what others think, at this moment

We were going around the festival that was coincidently on our anniversary but my now Fiancé ran off to buy things for me to celebrate and i just stood near a sakura tree.
Then suddenly 3 tall men who looked like they do drugs and were definitely drunk came up to me "H*Hic*hey pretty gurl wanna *Hic* come back to our place and *Hic* have fun?" And i had to hold back my vomit from the horrible smell. "I have a Fiancé" but it seemed they didnt care one of them pinned both my arms with one hand and they started threatening me

And before i knew it The 3 guys were on the ground knocked out an angry Birdie behind them with a baseball bat(Sangwoo who?) And he ran to me and hugged me "You had me worried (Y/N) " he hugged me so tight and he burried his face in my cleavage which i guess was an excuse to stuff his face with my boobs but i let it slide he is my Fiancé afterall. Soon the police came and took the 3 rotten men and threw them in jail.

-next day at VB practice-

I slid the door open with a big meal bento i brought for my Birdie and i knew they were having a break right now so i went it and surprised him and gave him food and he ate it so fast with a smile , "I want a bento too , (Y/N) make me some too" Kageyama asked and before i could answer "I'm sorry that my Fiancé cares about me and cooks for me and no you can't have her cooking" which earned a scowl but then his face went into confusion , Ushijima who overheard it and was next to kageyama just went little bit wide eyed "Congratulations on the proposal" ushijima bluntly said and it seemed like Kageyama was still proccesing 'Kageyeama.exe has stopped working'
