At Delhi..
A street is shown filled with water.. And mud....
Everyone is asked not to use the road... Cause its under construction but still many people use it as shortcut.. A board with a temporary gate is put there.. But as u know what happens.. People remove it and goes....
On same street there is a electric pole.. Due to storm.. The wire breaks down.. And the wire falls in the muddy water..
A girl passing by notices it... She immediately calls at electricity department.. And inform the same... They tell they will fix it..
The girl before leaving puts the board again at the place... So that people don't go..
It was more than one hour.. But the electricity department didn't gave any damn to it..
The girl's home was nearby.. She sees no one came to fix it.. She again calls.. But this time no one picks the call..
She leaves to do her work..
After 2 hour..
A girl is shown playing... Her ball falls in the muddy water...
By that time some motorist came and remove the board to use the shortcut... he didn't reached till the electric pole.. And takes different road...
The girl's ball falls near the pole where the wire was lying... She happily goes to pick the ball..
After some time..
The girl shout is heard..
Girl- mumma...

After an week....
A NGO office is shown..
A girl is shown happily.. Talking to everyone... And helping them.. Whoever needs help..
Everyone loved her cause she was such a lovely person....who just know to love others... She was everyone favorite..
And yes she was none other then bela sharma...
