It was a dark stormy night in the castle ,the princess was just about to go to sleep she wore her hair down in long blond curls she was the most beautiful girl in all the land , with fair skin and red lips ,until that one fateful night which was her last night as a princess that is. "Elizabeth dear your mother and I would like to speak with you on behalf of your marriage arrangements to prince Arthur" said her father. She walked down the stairs and into the main room of the castle ." humph " Elizabeth did not want to get married for gods sake she was only 15 and Arthure is 18 it could never work at least not with him. But her wants didnt matter to her parents as long as her parents were happy." father I'm not ready to be married I'm only 15 and hes 18 " I'm too young"."elizabeth honey you must for the sake of the kingdom " said her mother but she kept her thoughts to herself knowing she would be punished if she talked back."I shall marry him to make you happy but I promise you I'll never be happy with him is that really what you want is for your daughters unhappiness" .Her father stared at her with disbelief ." ELIZABETH! Don't you dare speak to me like that young lady , go to your room ,you will marry Arthur if you like it or not I don't care!" she burst into tears at the way he yelled at her and ran off up the stair case and down the corridor opening her huge doors that lead into the bedroom. She locked the doors and went to her balcony over looking her yard ,and the pool." I will not be Married to Arthur he is rude and conceited . Arthur was tall and handsome with blond hair and brown eyes but she could never be with him . She decided she couldn't marry someone she didnt love so she stepped on the balcony railing carefully ,she heard knocking at her door but when she was about to go answer it she slipped and was falling off the balcony, she closed her eyes and scream .Just as she thought she was dead she felt arms grabbing her ,catching her from her death that would've been a mistake.She looked up only to find him blond hair and blue eyes"Arthur?!" she whispered "yes princess he smiled but when he did she showed a pair of white shining fangs."gasp arthur ? Why do you have fangs?" "so I can do this "he answered he bent his head and kissed her softly pressing his lips into hers but he wanted more.without thinking he bit into her neck tasting her blood."Arthur wwwhat are you doing to me let go of me now!" he slowly let her go She touched her neck feeling bumps ,she was terrified" a a are you a vampire?"she stammered
He chuckled" yes and now you are my mate my dear , I knew you didn't wanto to marry me so I made you my mate in a way that you'd want to marry me, for in a few days you won't be able to live without me!" he laughed and picked her up in his arms. He walked her to the castle doors and explained to her parents that he catches her and asked to carry her upstairs, of course theyd allow that. When inside he room he laid her on her bed and let her bite his wrist drinking from him."why did you do this to me?! "she sobbed in her pillow"trust me love it was for the best you'll see " with that said he kissed her once again and started for the balcony she watched him.He jumped off the balcony with great ease ,but before he did he said to her" I'll be back for you in the morning love, I'm never too far away". With that said she laid her head against her pillow and tried to go to sleep but her stomach had butterflies,and she couldn't stop thinking about him.could it be that she actually fell in love with him or was it just what he did to her that changed her life forever. One thing though she couldn't wait for morning to come, and then she fell fast asleep.
