Breaking News out of the NSDCS! We have found proof that the driver of the Number 01 Ryan Butcher and the number 86 of Brad Cheston are the same person, which is against the rules of the series. The 86 will be dropped from the NSDCS effective immediately and Cheston will not race the All-Star event.

BREAKING NEWS: Hamill Racing as previously mentioned was 50% bought out and the company you might ask? PNC Bank! The Pennsylvania based company wanted to break into motorsports and they bought Hamill Racing and brought multiple benefits to the team! Such as confirmed sponsorship for 1/2 the races with the Pittsburgh Pirates whom Play at PNC Park sponsoring both the PNC-Derek Hamill Autosport cars for 6 races each. In the first half of the season the 25 which will still be sponsored by Zaxby's, and will still be pilotted by Derek Hamill and a New driver Nathan Stapleton will pilot the 97 PNC Bank Toyota! And an associate sponsor which is a Long Time associate of Hamill, Target will be an associate sponsor for both cars in every race

Future rookie Riley Spurleytube, who will be driving the #28 for JJ Motorsports in Season 2, gets his first chance at racing as the 98 car is open for the All Star Race! This is the first race the rookie will drive, which could make for a very big day for the young upstart as he could show his potential for the season ahead.

OnjAuto announces that both Logan Cloud and Tib Foster will drive at Daytona and Talladega. The 04 will run with Logan Cloud and the 40 will run with Tib Foster, both sponsored by Dewalt and the #40 will run an inversed scheme. Both drivers will run the 04 for the other 10 races, splitting them 5 a piece.

AJ Jones, driver of the #4 Bridgestone Chevy for HYPEMonkey Racing, and owner of Jones Racing Inc, will be stepping down from full time competition at the end of Season 2 as he wishes to take on full role of ownership at Jones Racing Inc. As he was eligible for full time competition in the Trucks for Season 3, his spot will now be replaced by Tony Green as he was the next driver in points behind Jones.
