Lost In Miseries

Chapter 1

Cloudy cloudy cloudy dark dark dark , today was a very cold and scary night. James sat quietly in the living room near the fireplace to warm himself and stare into the window. Seeing that dark clouds seemed to swallow the sky slowly. The rainy season has come as if to attack the world with heavy rains and lightning strike. Feel like a beautiful rainbow has lost. Cold wind still be felt while he is still trying to warm himself up by sitting nearby the fireplace.

Holidays were over and tomorrow is a stressful day for James. Because tomorrow was the first day he entered his new school. Feel like getting lost in a city that full of strangers..

" What if I was asked to introduce myself in front of the class? What should I do? OH GOD, I CAN'T STAND IT " he thought seriously and anxiously.

Suddenly, he remembered that he didn't know how to wear a tie. Soon he got up from the couch and asked his father and older brother to teach him. But they laughed and answered :

" Forgot...... "

WHAT A USELESS ANSWER ?! OH NO NO NO. GOD, PLEASE , HOPING THAT TOMORROW WON'T BE THE WORST DAY.

Stressful day has come , it's 5:30 AM and I wasn't ready to go to the school. Many crafty ideas had crossed in my mind but I still forced to get up from my bed. When finished getting ready and wanted to go to school , my older brother went out of the room then laughed :

" Goodluck for your first day. Wait, where's your tiee? Haha! " he laughed and teased me.

" Oh. Shut your mouth up , Dude! Do you know that you're so annoying ? ALL THE TIME. Arggghh... "

" Of course I know, but nevermind. I'm really happy of being myself for sure. And look at yourself now. So stupid !! Haha "

" You suck..... " *speechless*

* At school , 06:35 AM *

I finally found my class.

When I gathered my courage and went into the classroom. Suddenly , a girl who was standing near the door said : " Who is he ? New student ? "

" God! Help me, I'm gonna die here , I don't know anyone! " I thought nervously.

Sweat just kept streaming down on my face and I chose a seat that was on the right end of the row and at the 2nd place. When I just sat down , a girl that in front of me suddenly stucked out her right hand , seemed wanna make friends with me/?

" Hiiiii , I'm Mary. Still remember me , right ? Don't you dare to say that you have forgotten me hahahaha. " she said.

" I.. I.. I... Aargghh." I stopped for a while. Wait wait..  Aaaaaaa?! What?! She's back ?! I knew her ! She was my best friend and ..... my ex-girlfriend ..... *but it has already passed. Really. Seriously*

" Hey you. Nice to meet you ! I never thought we would meet on days like this. Your presence really makes me surprised! "

" Nice to meet you ,too . Yeaa , me too! " she replied. We were shaking hand and smiling to each other.

" Oh my... , she didn't change ! Her smile, hmmm... cute face and soft skin are still ! " *flashback*

Eeehhhh waitt , what am i thinking right nowww?!! Nonono. Stop it stop it!

" You know what ? I miss you so muchhh :( " she said.

" What? What did you say just now ? You miss me? Haha. You're just kidding , right? " I responded with a little panic.

" Yes. I said that. I miss you. A lot "

" N.. no no.. don't you ever say that again. "

" Whyy? "

" Nothingg. "

" What's wrong with me.... hope that everything's gonna be alright. " I thought with fear.
