Chapter Six

[HSM MARATHON!]

Narrative POV
It's been a week since the friends hangout. It's currently a Tuesday and the day Draco and Harry are having their High School Musical marathon.
Anyone else excited? Hoping some ✨chemistry✨ happens. *wink wink*

Harry's POV
It's the day. I don't even know why i'm nervous. What should I wear? Something casual I suppose. Hermione helps me choose my outfit. She hands me a grey T-shirt and jeans. [loll the grey T-shirt aka your only shirt] I put it on and slip on some sneakers. I realize i'm 45 minutes early. Might as well go pick up some of Draco's favorite cupcakes. I remembered which because of his story with Blaise. I wouldn't want the wards trapping me out.

I go to the store and find the cupcakes. By the time I paid it's almost time. Arriving a bit early won't hurt anyone.

Draco's POV
I realize it's 20 minutes until the marathon. Shite. I haven't gotten ready yet. I should make popcorn. I slip on some comfortable sweats and fix my hair up. By now it's almost time. I quickly make some popcorn when I hear my doorbell. He's early?! THE ONE TIME HES EARLY TO ANYTHING! I'm not even wearing a shirt. Dear Merlin please help me.

I go to the open the door to see Harry and his dorky hair and glasses. His eyes are such a vibrant green. How have I noticed? I welcome him in and apologize for not wearing a shirt.

DM- "sorry about my top half. I was kinda in a rush"

Harry's POV
I ring the doorbell and wait for the door to open. The door opens and OH HOLY MERLIN. Draco is s h i r t l e s s. I find myself staring. Why am I staring? To be fair he does have some fine abs. Nope I'm here to enjoy a marathon. Don't. Get. Distracted.

I head over to the couch and see Draco put on a shirt. Damn I was enjoying the view. NOPE! "Marathon, Harry marathon" I say in my head.

Draco apologizes for not wearing a shirt and suddenly,

HP- "It's quite alright. I was enjoying the view."

I realize what I said and I can feel my cheeks heat up.

HP- "Erm. I brought your favorite cupcakes."
DM- "Thank you! Here some popcorn."

Narrative POV
The boys get situated with their snacks. Draco accios them a blanket and they start the marathon. It's only been a couple of minutes into the first High School Musical Movie when "start of something new" starts. Draco and Harry has a singing session.

Harry stops singing in the middle of the song to admire Draco's angelic singing. He was caught and Draco dramatically puts his hand in his head and falls backwards saying "the horror! I've been left hanging in a duo!" They boys laugh and continue the movie while eating their snacks.

It's time for the second movie and the boys are hyped. They are a bit tired but they are too excited for the movie to care.

Now it's the third movie. Their halfway through when Harry falls asleep on Draco's lap. Draco decides to just have them both sleep on the couch. He turns off the movie and closes his eyes.

Originally they didn't plan this to be a sleepover but whatever happens happens. I guess the boys are gonna have to deal with their situation when they wake up.
