The twins, Jessica and Jake are back in La while Nolan is down in Houston playing baseball. With the twins accouncing that Grethan is real they have been stong together ever since. Jess and Jake are doing great too. Grayson gives something to Ethan...
The next day the twins, Nolan, Jessica, and Tydus left Houston and got back to LA. Once they got there Jake wanted to go to the mansion one last time. Everything was already at the new house.
Jessica- "You okay babe?"
Jake- "Yeah, it's just I can't believe I'm moving again".
Jon- "I'll take care of it bro don't worry".
Jake- "One last pic, you and Tydus take one too". (has Jon take pic, then takes pic of jess and tydus)

Jake- (picks him up) "Yep lets go buddy, Thor and Moo are waiting for us".
They left for the new house once they got there Thor and Moo ran out
Tydus- "Thor, Moo!!!". (pets them)
Nolan-(walks out ) "Now this house is huge".
Ethan- "I love the guest bedrooms". (walks out)
Grayson- "I love the fact that I still have to take damn medicine whenever I'm around these dogs". (sneezes, then laughs)
Jessica- "Oh Gray, you know you love them though".(smiles)
Tydus- "Yeah uncle Gray just deal with it".
Nolan- "Sassy today?" (laughs)
Jessica- "He gets it from uncle Ethan".
Ethan- (gasps) "Does not".
Grayson- "Whatever you say babe". (kisses him)
Jake- "You ready to go in Tydus?"
Tydus- "Yep".
They all go inside
Jessica- "Babe, they did all of this when we were in Jersey and Houston?"
Jake- "You like it?" (Smiles)
Jessica- "I love it". (kisses him)
Tydus- "My room is huge!!". (yells from upstairs)
Ethan- (Laughs) "I'm coming to see buddy". (walks upstairs)
Grayson- "Me too". (goes with him)
Upstairs
Ethan- "Holy moly, it is huge buddy".
Tydus- "I designed it all by myself, look there's the drawing aunt Cam made".
Nolan- (walks in) "Holy jesus, this is huge".
Jake- "Wait till you guys see the theater and game room".
Jessica and Jake show the rest of the house, they even filmed a house tour too
Grayson- "That reminds me, we have to go babe, we have to help move stuff back in to our place".
Ethan- "Oh yeah, also they got Tydus' room done right?"
Grayson- "Yep and the beach one too".
Jessica- "Man Tydus you getting two new rooms".
Tydus- "Yep, by uncle E and Gray love you". (hugs them)
Ethan- "Loev you too, Nol you staying here or coming with us?"
Nolan- "I'll come with you guys and help, see ya later kiddo". (hugs Jess)
Jake- "See ya guys, also thanks for the past couple of weeks".
Grayson- "No problem man".
After they left Jessica, Tydus, and Jake watched a movie in the theater, then they went to bed
