"Mommy !!! Mommy !" "Yes sweetheart?" Andy said back to her 3 years almost 4 years old daughter "are you leaving for that group again?" "Yes baby I am going soon do you want me to stay home today?" "It's okay, you go to the group , uncie Trav said it was good for you" "yes it is, it helps me a lot" "Alright then go have fun see you after mommy mwah" she kissed her cheek and Andy left letting travis(uncie Trav) with her daughter Emilia while she was gone 5 minute away from home .Andy knew the group was to try and help her through everything that's has been going on in her life the lost of her husband less than half a year after the birth of her daughter was the most devastating thing in the world but she always showed support and strength to her daughter but really far in her heart she knew she needed help and she couldn't continue to live like that her heart sank every time her daughter day her father names or talks about him, today was her third week at this therapy session. She had made friend there but none of them had been through a similar kind of situation most of them didn't have a kid and their spouses didn't die on the line of duty. She made her way there and took a deep breathe before going in she bumped into someone on her way he was very tall kinda scary but his smile was everything "oh I'm so sorry" he said "it's okay I wasn't looking at where I was going it's my fault" "no it's mine" Andy chuckled and asked him "are you going in for the support group ?" She asked "yeah do You know by chance who it is" "mh yeah follow me" they made their way there and sat down with the group. He was kinda surprise she was going in she looked so happy while he looked so devastated "Welcome back everyone and welcome to the new person here why don't we introduce all herself " hi I'm Maggie" "I am zac" "I'm josh" "Andrea Herrera" Andy said genuinely smiling at him and she saw him smile back "Virginie" "and I'm the man in charge Patrick" "I'm Robert" "hi Robert, welcome to our family" they all said in union. "So today I want all of you that haven't told your story yet to try and tell all of us, Andy why don't you go first if you're ready of course no pressure remember this is a big step" she took deep breathes when she saw that Patrick was about to ask someone else to talk she started talking "I'm Andrea Herrera Andy for short, I'm 32 years old , I've been a firefighter since I was old enough to go in the academy , I lost my husband almost 3 and a half years ago in the line of duty, we got called to this big fire downtown and of course station 19 gets called in first since we are close , I was acting captain at that time and I sent him in to do a last check with another of her team there was an explosion and the other team mate was able to leave , and he never came back " he voice shakes at the last word she held her tears inside and continued "his oxygen tank ran out and when we finally got him out he was gone. It was my very first day back to work  after I gave birth to my daughter Emilia , I never thought that would also be my last day at work, she's almost four I'm here because my doctor thinks I need to feel things and express what I feel , basically I've been living in denial since he died never went back to work I'm always home with my daughter.. and my best friends ,yeah that's it, well it's the least I can do now" she said tears were streaming down her face Robert was on the verge of crying but why? Two other person talked after Andy and the new guy wasn't ready to speak their emotions and it was totally fine, Andy left and went back to her daughter and her best friend luckely for her , he never left her or let her down he was always there to take care of Emilia he lives with her pay for a lots of thing, she had the best lover you can ever wish for and her world fell apart when he took his last breaths. "I'm home" she said getting in her house she was still feeling all the emotions form her talk and her daughter realized it "hi mommy!" She sais running toward her "are you okay?" "I'm fine Em" she hugged her tight "you sure you okay?" Travis said rubbing her back and giving her a little kiss on the forehead "I'll talk to you later about it" "hey sweetie how about we put on some pjs and watch movie all night and then we can go to bed it's already 7" "yess!! Movie nights" she yelled and went straight to her room "so what happened?" Travis asked while Andy was changing "I talked about what happened between me and him" "oh andy .." "come here" he sais taking her into a hug "it's gonna be fine this is good for you trust me okay Andy you need this you need to stop hurting you're your daughter needs you , talk and you'll be fine you me and em are gonna be fine, and your husband is looking at us right now and he's proud he's proud of you and the big step your taking" "thank you now come on uncie Trav we have movies to see" " only my niece can call me like that!" He said making her chuckle he lifted her up downstairs and took his favourite niece with him too both girls were laughing as he put them down on the sofa, after a while Emilia fell asleep in her mother's arm and Andy fell asleep on Travis chest while thinking about how Lucas would be happy of how is daughter is growing up, and proud of the big step his awesome wife is taking by going in therapy for her health and the best for her favourite daughter
