At midnight, an hour from now... they're going to flick the switch,
Down the Hall, beyond the iron door... they're going to end my life.
I will see you all in Hell, isn't that where we all must go?
I will not tell you what I did... It doesn't matter now,
I will not tell you how weird it is,
To know exactly when you're going to go.
I am a killer,
I'm going to get what I deserve;
I am a killer.
THE FOLLOWING IS AN EXCERPT FROM JULIANA'S PERSONAL JOURNAL WHICH WAS FOUND ON INVESTIGATING THE COTTAGE IN BELLO HORIZONTE.
August 3rd.
Today, we have come to Bello Horizonte after a long bus ride. I kind of like it here but I hope Renato gets better and can be healthy again. Although he had shown the signs of improvement as he was able to eat today.
The funny thing is, he is still afraid of spiders and was freaked out when he saw one in the bathroom...!

I feel so happy today! We have moved to this nice place near the Niva Loma district and the cottage of Dr. Eastman is the nicest cottage I have ever been into.
August 5th.
9:56 A.M
Something strange happened yesterday night. I am feeling a lot worried for what was happening in Renato's mind. Yesterday night, he awoke at 2... and he was wandered off to the living room. No, he was not a sleep walker. But soon I heard the sound of opening the front door. So, I quickly put on my flip-flops and followed him... He was walking along the field, as if he was following something, some kind of invisible force attracted him... After following him for more than a mile, he entered into the forest... I didn't call him or ask him anything because I wanted to know what was causing mental maladies. Soon after walking into the forest, he stood beside a willow tree... and became as still as a marble statue and the all of a sudden, he shouted a hideous scream... and then he fell on the ground.
I gathered all my senses and went to the nearby house and asked a gentleman to help my sleepwalker husband get back to the cottage. The nice gentleman obliged. While we were dragging his body, some random spider-web got entangled on his legs. After a long half an hour, we put Renato in bed. I thanked the gentleman and again laid beside him.
Soon after, Renato again woke up and started to walk off to the living room.
"No, Not again!", I said to myself and I dragged him back to the bed but he said the most gibberish thing about spider and a crow which made no sense. What has gotten into him?
I haven't told Renato of what had actually happened yesterday but I guess I need to call Dr. Eastman. This is serious.
4:45 P.M.
I just called Dr. Eastman and heard the most horrific news I could ever hear. Renato had been in a hit-and-run and was responsible for the death of two people...! I just couldn't take it anymore...! God! What have we done to deserve this?
The CCTV footage showed Renato hitting a motorcycle, then causing their death. The Police tracked down the license plate and finally got into the hold of Dr. Eastman, as he was the doctor of the hospital where Renato was treated.
I don't know whether they will take away Renato, neither did Dr. Eastman. I think its better not to tell Renato what had happened, at least for now. I explained all the crazy delusions that Renato has been facing.
Dr. Eastman gave the most ridiculous explanation, but that was the only explanation that made the least bit of sense.
He said, "The last thing that Renato saw before his accident was the spider toy and I don't know whether he remembers what he has done, but I think his guilt conscience is making him delusional. There were several other cases, where a person became insomniac, anorexic and even delusional from guilt, because you see Mrs. Alves, guilt is one of the most horrific emotions ever."
THIS WAS THE LAST LINE IN JULIANA ALVE'S DIARY.
That is the most logical explanation science could give but nobody ever came to know what happened to Renato. Even his dead body was not found. He just vanished into thin air.
One week later, a homeless man was crossing an alleyway and he saw something whitish in the trash bin, the curious man flipped over the trash can and a humongous white thing fell out of it. As soon as he understood what it was, he ran away.
It was a human body, cocooned in white and silky spider web. The rotting smell from the corpse soon began to thicken the air after the displacement of the dead body.
The whole body was covered in cobwebs but his face was still visible.
It was Renato
A smile was evident on his face. A smile because he had received what he deserved, a smile because he was now guilt-free, a smile because he was finally free.
