Chapter 6 - The Slump

As the eight girls leave Honoka. They talk among themselves about Honoka's decision of not joining again. Days have passed and Honoka still hasn't changed her mind. Until Friday came and it was raining. All nine of them are stuck in the shrine waiting for the rain to stop. And this was the opportunity that the eight girls are waiting for. However Eli and Nozomi tells something that made the girls sad.

Eli: This coming March, all three of us will be graduating.

Nozomi: We can only be school idols for a year and a half.

The other five girls were speechless at what Eli and Nozomi said. Nico didn't react because she knows that what the two are saying is true. And the eight girls are hoping that Honoka would change her mind and reconsider about not joining Love Live. Honoka remained silent and continues to watch the rainfall.

Then Umi mentions something all of a sudden.

Umi: Honoka-chan, do you remember? (Starts to sing.)

The others also begin to sing.

A few seconds later Honoka sings as well. And this finally brings her back to her old self. This time she finally makes a decision that will make the others happy.

Honoka: We're going to join again. We're going to Love Live.

The eight girls are elated at what Honoka said. She suddenly steps out of the temple. This made Eli and Umi worried.

Eli: Honoka-chan.

Umi: Honoka-chan.

A few seconds later. Honoka shouted as she is getting wet under the rain.

Honoka: Rain go away! Away!

Moments later the rain stops and the sun begins to appear. The others are surprised at what happened.

Honoka: We're not just going to Love Live. We'll going to win. We'll aim for victory. (Raising her hand and points to the sky.)

Umi: Go all the way?

Eli: Aim for victory?

Hanayo: Win Love Live?

All eight of them: Ehhhhh?!

Time Skip:

It was back to practice for all nine girls. All of them are on the rooftop doing their usual exercise routine. However...... Kotori, Maki, and Umi suddenly hit a brick wall. Umi couldn't find any inspiration for writing a song. Kotori is having problems of what the costume design would be. While Maki is having problems playing the piano. The three girls are now experiencing a slump.

Suddenly, Eli comes up with a bright idea. She decides to tell the others about it.

Eli: Girls since we are going to aim for victory in Love Live. Why don't we all go on a training camp?

Umi: A training camp?

Eli: Yes. That way we can practice without getting distracted.

Nozomi: Elicchi is right. We have been practicing here always. But we never do it full time because of our classes.

Honoka: Where are we going to practice anyway?
