Personality: Likes playing in water, defensive of his friends, but overall friendly
Backstory: Norio was playing in the water when he was a dragonet and saw something shimmer deep in the ocean. He was very interested and decided to try to get it. Turns out that the shiny thing was a Seawings glow in the dark stripes. Norio grabbed it after 45 minutes but the Seawing quickly pulled away. He pointed up to the surface and the Seawing followed. He learned that the seawing's name was Seaweed. After apologizing many times for grabbing his wing they became good friends.They met everyday at the edge of the mud kingdom and went exploring. Then... one day Seaweed didn't show up. Norio got very worried and started looking for him everywhere. Then after 2 moons Seaweed finally showed up. He had practically lived at there meeting place since Seaweed disappeared. They had a very heated argument until he finally told him that he had been captured by SkyWings. Norio immediately apologized and felt really bad for getting angry with him. The next time they met their mothers followed them and found out their secret. They locked them inside and put guards outside their houses. They were never able to meet each other again. Seaweed managed to sneak out once and he gave Norio a animus touches object to let them communicate.
