TW: DROWNING, DYING

You were sailing with your Friend when you suddenly fell off the boat. Now you are in the realy cold water and the waves are slowly, but still, getting bigger.

You fight against the weight of your heavy clothes that want to pull you to the bottom of the sea and bury you under tones of sand and mostly water.

After something that feels like an eternity of fighting against the weight you get a first cramp in your fingers. The pain goes through your vains and soon you feel like your whole body just wants to squeese itself together. Your fingers finally stop hurting but instead they turn numb from the could and the pain moved upwards into your hand. But your hands aren't the only parts of your body that hurt, your feet start to cramp too but not only that, your feets are itching and pulling you deeper down into the water since you are wearing heavy boots. You have to take them off, but how will you do that without drowning? How will you do that when your hands are fighting through a pain and still ceep your head over the water?

You think of the possibilities, drown alive because your shoes are too heavy or drown unconscious because you worked to much? You would just fall asleep and never wake up.

You made your decission and take a deep breath, hold your nose with your numb fingers and dump your head under the water. You open your eyes and see blue, only blue. You look yourself down and lift your leg towards your chest and rais your leg as high as pissible. You reach it and try to untye your shoe with your cold and still numb fingers but then your heart skips a beat, you start to chocke and push yourself up again as fast as possible. Your arms start to hurt now too but you still push yourself upwards, towards the light.

You breathe in before your head was even completely out of the water and chocke on the salted liquid in your lungs. You start coughing up the water while you hold yourself up with your hands and feet. You can barely breathe. More and more waves make it harder for you to stay up and keep pushing you down, making it harder for you to catch your breath too.

After a while you start to Panic more since you lost your feeling in your feet, a pure numbness is left at the place whee your feet were once. If you would have only manage to get out of your shoes, maybe it would be easier to stay up. Or maybe your feet would have fallen off your legs completely.

More and more water finds it's way into your lungs and all you can do is to try and cough it up but then you can't breath and when you try to even more salt water comes into your lungs.

You try realy hard not to accidently drink the water because you know that that triggers the gag reflex and you realy don't want to throw up right now. That could be the propably worse thing that could happen to you now.

Your arms and legs hurt more and more and more parts of your body turn numb. You defenetly can't breath anymore and you feel your concousnes getting weaker. You feel out of your body, like you could watch yourself in the situation from the sky, like a bird. Watch yourself struggle on just keeping your head over the water, coughing the whole time and not being able to scream for help.

Then you feel it, your legs are giving in and it's all on your arms now, they have to keep you up and prevent you from going deeper. Your shoulders started to cramp and you can feel your heart beading in your chest like you would have run a thousand miles.

That's when you lost all your hope. You slowed down your arm movement and the coughing. You drown deeper into the water until all you can see is dark blue with a few black spots and the sun shining from a far. It looks beatiful and you are happy that your last view is beautiful. You loose consciousness and still feel the cold pulling you in and grabbing your heart, stoping it's beat. The cold brabs your lungs and you release your last breath and watch the little airbubble going up. You feel the cold taking over your brain and letting you sink into the darkness without pain.

Now, I wanted to try something diffrent. I will write a few simulations of (mostly) dangerous or deadly actions so you "feel" what that feels like, at least what I imagen it to. Please comment if it had any impact on you or how you felt while reading it.

Also comment what else I should write.

Btw. Sorry that I was offline for so long. I had a writing block and I hope that this will help.
