Aaliyah and Mya pulled up to Club Epic and it was in full swing. You could hear the music from outside and the line was wrapped around the corner. "Girl I am not about to wait in this long line just to get in a club." Aaliyah complained looking at the line. "Girl we not about to wait in this line we VIP." Mya grabbed Aaliyahs hand and led her to to the front of the line. People that were waiting started complaining, but the girls kept it moving until that made it to the front where the bouncer let them through. They walked in the club and went to find them a table. "Girl this club is nice." Aaliyah told Mya over the loud music. This was actually the nicest club she had been in so far. "Aint it though and look at all these fine as niggas in the building." It was just like Mya to start scooping out the men that was around. "You don't need to be worrying about these niggas. Where your lil boo at?" Mya looked around seeing if she could find Desean. She spotted him on the dance floor with some chick grinding all up on him. "Hmmmm there his ass go right there." Mya said pointing to a fine dread head who was on the dance floor with some chick. "Come on Liyah." The girls made their way to the dance floor heading towards Desean. He spotted Mya coming his way and waited on her to come closer before smiling and winking at her. He left the chick he was dancing with and met Mya the rest of the way. "Oweee you must have known I was coming over here to get your ass?" Desean just smiled and wrapped his arms around her waist before kissing her on the neck. "Damn you looking good ma." He whispered in her ear. Aaliyah could see Mya melting in Deseans arms and the smile that appeared on her face was priceless. "I hear you boy." Mya joked pushing him off of her. Desean noticed Aaliyah standing there and couldn't help but to notice how bad she was. She had a body to kill for, and that hair and those eyes made her stand out. Mya noticed how he was looking at Aaliyah and introduced them. "Yeah nigga you can stop looking at my little sister like that." Mya smirked at Desean. "Desean this is Aaliyah...Aaliyah this is Desean I was telling you about." Desean smirked at Mya before speaking to Aaliyah. "What's good ma?" "Hey." They talked for a second before one of Aaliyahs songs came on and she went to the dance floor. She wasn't about to be the third wheel for Mya and Desean. Since she came out she was going to have a good time. Mya came on the dance floor too and they started dancing on each other. While they was dancing Aaliyah felt a pair of strong arms wrap around her waist. She looked behind her and it was a dude that she had never seen in her life, but aye she was having fun so she danced with him. He stood behind her and let her do her thing. Aaliyah was winding her hips like a professional belly dancer, and twerking like the leader of the twerk team. She knew she was doing her thing cause she could feel her partners member growing on her ass. Aaliyah was having a ball when she felt somebody snatch her arm. She looked up to see an angry Troy. "What the fuck you got going on over here." Troy barked. Aaliyah snatched her arm from Troy before responding. "No what the fuck you got going. Troy don't ever put your hands on me like that." Aaliyah was pissed. "Nigga have you lost your mind don't put your hands on my girl." Mya was furious when she seen him grab her best friend. "Man mind your business this my bitch." Troy spat. "Nigga im not nobody's bitch you got me fucked up and you can miss me with this lame shit here." Aaliyah said before starting to walk away before Troy grabbed her again. Desean noticed Mya storm off towards some dude. His eyes lit up when he noticed who dude was he had to go get his partner.
Omari was still in VIP sipping hen with a couple of brauds keeping him company. He noticed Desean coming his way with a serious look on his face so he knew something was up. He sent the girls on their way as his boy approached him. "What's up bra?" A smile creeped up on Desean face. "Nigga tonight is our lucky night. Remeber ole boy who tried to take over our spot out on Longly. Bra that had all that mouth when we ran down on him but was out gunned." Omari knew exactly who he was talking about. He had been looking for dude for a while now, but could never catch up with him. "Yeah what about the man." "The clown in here now, and he didn't have no people with him a minute ago." "Shit let's go." Desean led Omari to where he just came from. When Omari saw Troy his blood began to boil. First the clown was talking mad shit last time they saw each other, and now it looked like he was man handling a female and that was a no go. Omari smoothly walked over and snatched Troy away from the girl. Troy turned around ready to buck, but eyes almost popped out of his head when he saw Omari and Desean. Omari turned to see if ole girl was good, but she was pissed and stormed off. He turned back to Troy amd smirked. "You not talking all that big boy shit now hu?" "Fuck you bitches." Troy had to save face. He already knew what was about to go down, and was kicking himself for leaving his tool in the car. He wasn't about to go out like a bitch. Desean put his arm around Troys shoulder and started leading him to the exit like they were good friends. Omari discreetly put his tool on Troys ribs hoping he tried something in the club. They led him outside and into Omari's all white 2015 Bentley Continental. They drove him to their warehouse and dragged him inside. Since Omari wasn't trying to waste his whole night with this clown, as soon as the entered the warehouse he didn't hesitate to put five rounds in Troys dome. He walked back out of the warehouse like nothing happened. Desean was already on the phone with one of their soldiers to come clean up the mess. Omari brought Desean to his car and headed home. He took a hot shower before crashing out.
Aaliyah was home and still kind of mad about what happened at the club. She smoked a blunt and showered before heading to sleep. She got up the next morning in a better mood. After freshening up and throwing on a cute sundress with a pair of sandals see headed to IHOP to meet Mya. She arrived at IHOP about 15 minutes later and Mya was already there. They hugged and sat down. "You ready to order cause I already know what I want." Aaliyah asked Mya. She was hungry and ordered the same thing every time. "No we can't order yet we're waiting on Sean." "Ugh why didn't you tell me that you was inviting him I'm not trying to be the third wheel today." "Girl if anything he is the third wheel to us." "Yeah yeah. I know he better hurry up because I'm hungry." "LOL you always hungry." The girls joked around and 5 minutes later Desean walked in and came over to them. He kissed Mya on the cheek before sitting down. "Good morning ladies." "Good morning." The women said in unison. "Now can we order I am starving?" "Yeah that's cool." Everyone order, but Sean ordered a lot of food. "Dang bae you hungry?" Mya asked Sean laughing a little. "Lol I ordered my boy some food. He should be here soon." Just then this fine as dude walked in. He was brown skin, with a short curly fro, and a swag about himself. He was wearing a Jordan jogger fit with the matching shoes, and a pair of all black Ray bans. He walked over to their table, so this had to be Seans boy. He sat down across from Aaliyah and took his glasses off. He had the prettiest gray eyes ever. Aaliyah just looked at him because he looked so familiar to her. It was something about those eyes that she knew. "Good morning yall." Omari spoke. He looked at Aaliyah and was stuck. She couldn't be who he thought she was. They just set there looking at each other. He wasn't sure, but he was about to find out if this was who he though it was. "Lee lee?" He said more as a question. As soon as he said that she knew who he was. Only one person called her by that name. "Mari." Omari smirked cause it was his bestfriend growing up Aaliyah Perry. He thought back to the last time they saw each other.
It was the summer of 2004. Omari and Aaliyah were in his yard playing cops and robbers. They were neighbors and their parents were really good friends. "Freeze put you hands up and don't move." Aaliyah told Omari with a stick in her hand that she was pretending was a gun. Omari pretended to be caught and put his hands up. Aaliyah walked up to him and he snatched the stick from her and pretended to shoot her. "Aww man I was suppose to shoot you." Aaliyah pouted. "Ok ok next time I will let you shoot me." Omari always let Aaliyah have her way. She was his best friend. He was 11 and she was 10. "Omari & Aaliyah yall come wash up and eat lunch." Omari's mom called from the porch. Aaliyahs parents were at work, so Omari's mom watched her everyday until one of them got off. "Ill race you." Aaliyah told Omari before taking off towards the house. Aaliyah made it first and they both burst out laughing and went to wash their hands. "Can we eat lunch on the porch mama?" Omari asked his mom who put a burger and fries on their plates. "Gone head." They took their plates and juice out on the porch swing and ate out there. Omari's dad Omar came home a couple minutes later. "I see you out here with your girlfriend." Everytime he saw the kids he would tease his son. "Dad she is not my girlfriend." Aaliyah would always just laugh. Omari's mom came outside to greet her husband. "Leave those kids alone and come eat before your food gets cold." Omar smiled and walked in the house. After the kids ate they got right back to playing. Omari's uncle Terry came over and went in the house with the grown ups. The kids were in the back of the house when they heard arguing and some loud shots. They ran in through the back door and saw Omari's parents on the floor dead and Terry running out of the front door. That day Omari's grandmother came and took him out of Houston to live with her in San Antonio. That was the last time the friends saw each other.
