Description: A girl/boy is having trouble at school because she/he is struggling with their grades due to extracurricular activities (sports, art club, literature club, drama club etc.). Final exams are coming, and (C/N) [character name] is warned that if she/he doesn't do well on their exams, they have to quit all their extracurricular activities, and won't be able to participate in the (big event). (C/N) soon struggles to balance her/his schoolwork with (activity), and must work extra hard if she/he wants to stay in the thing that means the most to her/him.
Genric Problem Ideas:
Theatre Geek Girl (C/N [Girl]) is cast to be Cinderella for the big eighth-grade annual play of Lakewood Middle School. That's until she fails her math test, and is warned about her ground-shaking grades. Will she have enough time to rehearse and study enough for her test! Or is it too much for (C/N) to handle?
Gamer Boy (C/N [Boy]) and his gaming friends at school are invited to play in a gaming competition to represent their school. But (C/N)'s seem to be shattered when he (yet again) forgets to turn in an essay assignment for English, his least favorite subject, and is told he's on hiatus from Gaming Club meetings until he turns in a decent essay to his teacher. Will he overcome his terrible English skills, or simply flunk another assignment?
