Chapter 1: Saying Goodbyes.

"Mia, wake up. You have to leave sweetheart."
I hear my mom saying from the other side of the door. But does she actually know I haven't slept for the entire night ?

Arrggghhh !!! The anxiety before travelling to another town. I am travelling to ....oh shit, I need to hurry up , I have to be at the spot by 6.

I quickly take a shower. As I get out , I hear mom saying , "Honey , your breakfast is right on the table , make sure you have it before leaving."

I hastily blow dry my hair and add a little makeup on my face . I leave the room with my bag after doing a last minute room check. I get a gut feeling that I'll be late. I tell my myself,
"Come on Mia , its your last task. You need to do it perfectly."

To my surprise mom and dad are on the dining table waiting for me .Dad gives me all the instructions as I eat pancakes. Mom just quietly listenes to our conversation. Mom and dad have always been so protective about me maybe because its always been the three of us. And after what happened with Jace , they've been too worried about me , oh wait , did I just spill a little too much information?!

I bid my farewell and just as I am about to get out, mom calls me out ,"Miaaaaaaa." I look back and see mom widely smiling at me. I smile back and walk towards her. I hug her. "I and dad are so proud of you." she tells me. "You'll be late Mia. You should leave." Dad tells me. I hug him. And leave. I hear mom saying ,"Take care."
