"I understand you. How we both feel useless, lifeless even, without our lovers. But his death shouldn't decide yours, you're still youthful and beautiful" Jimin handed Jungkook a warm cup of tea, eyes softened to see the other's depressed face, he was trying his best to thrust some life into him. "Here, some tea will help"
"Would you work with your own advice?" Jungkook asked faintly. "You're more dependant on Taehyung than I am on Yoongi. Do you really think you can forget him?"
"I.." Jimin felt words choking in his throat, not knowing how to reply. It was conspicuous enough that he won't easily forget the person he loved for the longest in his life.
"See, even you can't"
"But- but I won't end my life because of that reason" he gritted a lie between his teeth, attempting to sound as honest as possible - and he did, surprisingly enough - since he can't expose such languish to the very same suicidal boy in front of him now. With the scintillating dark orbs pointed to his fake strength now, he gathered more of it, proceeded and built up the perfect intensity, perfect illusions, still sort of right when he worded them out. "Isn't it silly? He died and it's over. I'm more of freed from his abusing mindset than in need of a warmth he rarely gives to me because he's cheating. Cheating-he maybe never loved me in the first place"
"...How does that make you feel, though?"
Jimin didn't understand the question, so Jungkook explained slightly.
"How does it make you feel to assume that his feelings were always wrong?""Bad"
"So, loosing him as a whole complete human being won't cause the same emotion?"
Too much, too much it was, Jungkook knew exactly how to turn the situation to his feeble side. Anyhow, Jimin only smiled and leaned in a little closer to sip his tea nonchalantly. "Hence it would cause suicide? No, my dear, a definite precise no"
"Nevermind"
Hitching breath, Jungkook sighed. "When are you leaving me alone? We aren't friends, you know. You're most probably wasting your time over me"
"I'm not leaving until you– if not, we – dig into our thick skull that we don't in any way need our men. Understood?"
He tried to stop the warmth spreading across his face to see the other's smile, seeming so genuine, to a point that it pleased him, that he wanted to observe it as if it's the prettiest art; and it was.
"Thank you"
