Taehyung walked away from the mansion, clenching his fist before slamming it on his head. "You are so stupid! Why would you tell them that?!" He let out a sigh, dropping his hand and letting the frown be evident on his face. He didn't mean to sound harsh towards them, and they probably won't forgive him for acting like that.

"I guess I have no choice but to do it alone..." Taehyung trailed off, "...or I could just ask Gunhee for help instead." Taehyung vaguely remembers Gunhee gaining information from the other team back in the days. The only problem would be as to where he could find him. Taehyung knows that he must not be back at the place where they kept Taehyung nor would he be at the old house that Taehyung remembers lounging around when they were still a group.

"This is difficult." Taehyung wanted to slam his face towards any wall at that moment. The name Seventeen does not even ring any bell. "Okay Gunhee is not an option... I don't have my equipment with me to hack..." The corner of his lips lifted upwards upon remembering someone that could definitely help him. It's a cousin of his that found out the real reason behind his father's death. Even so, he understood Taehyung and told him to contact one another if there is something he needs help with.

He ran back towards his home, greeting his mother when he entered his room then continued until he was inside of his room. He tapped on the wooden floor until he found what he had been looking for. He lifted a plank off of the floor, revealing some of the objects he had kept hidden that serve a lot of purpose to him back when he was still V.

He hid a lot of burner phones, all unused as he usually uses this often to hide anonymously to the people he works with underground. He picked one up and immediately called the number he had memorized in case of emergency.

"Hello?"

"Hyung, I need your help to track someone down."

After a lot of discussions and scolding, he got the information that he needed. He threw away the burner phone and then focused on the paper where he had written down what had been said about Seventeen and where he could find them.

Some details are a bit unclear, such as their real name. They mostly remained in the shadows and instead killed lower groups that would deem as useless to them at least. They already had done a lot of dealings and are all successful, Taehyung could tell that they might have threatened the poor guy who they have dealings with.

Seventeen has 13 leading members and has 154 members in total, there might be more but as of now that's how many people that have been counted. S.Coups, is the code name of the leader. There is not much information about him except that he is great at negotiating. JH is a manipulator; he is very smart and catches on quickly. So, pretending to be their friend is definitely out.

Joshua has very unclear information, all he found out is that he mostly stays beside JH's side and helps with all the organizing. Jun, he is good at martial arts and uses knives instead of guns. Hoshi is very observant and the sniper of the group. However, gadgets are his weak points. WW is the one who takes care of any scenes to leave no trail behind, he sometimes helps with the hacking.

Woozi is the one who created weapons and gadgets to provide for them. DK is good at handling guns. MG also has very unclear information, it is said that he does not usually show up to any criminal scenes they had done. Taehyung could only deduct him to be one of the hackers or spies. The8 is one Taehyung has to keep an eye out for. He has the speed and reflexes that could take down a group with just him. SK is another negotiator that could as well deceive people and has a lot of connections inside of the underground mafia. Vernon is another member who has very unclear information; he must be working alongside MG. Then Dino, the medic of the group.

It is a lot to deal with. He has to be very careful around them as they all have unique roles on their team. He has to take them down little by little if he wants to survive and it'll be very risky to do such a job.

Could he ever do it alone? Might as well try, he could never find out what would happen. Taehyung sighed, dropping down on the bed then staring up on the ceiling. If he wants his mother to be safe, it is better to risk his own life. He could have just asked for forgiveness so that they can help but he has too much pride at that moment that it brought him back to the day he stood as the legend.

Taehyung looked down at the papers, and then took out a map to pinpoint the location. It is surrounded by woods, as always. It is very much small for all 13 members to fit in so it might not be the actual location, or there must be a hidden passageway that would bring him to an underground base. That is most likely it, but he has to find the way inside first as it is most likely that there are cameras that could film him.

He needs to find some equipment to help him on his way. Taehyung moved back down on the floor to scavenge the items under the floor where the burner phones are placed. He could see a small 9mm handgun, specifically a Sig Sauer P365, it has a large capacity and can be easily concealed. It is enough for Taehyung to carry and help him defend himself. He brought a burner phone as well in case he has to contact his cousin for help once again then took a few knives. He eyed the mask that he has worn back then, it covers the upper half of his nose. A white and red mask similarly to a specific rose he had seen back on the mansion.

He took it and slipped the mask then put the plank back on its place before he stood up and eyed himself on the full-length mirror on the corner of the room. His dark brown hair had been growing very long these past few days. He twirled a finger on one of the strands, sighing as he saw himself as a teenager in the mirror. He looked at the door then shouted for his mother to not disturb him knowing that his mother would understand not to barge into the room or let any people inside.

He opened the window and slipped outside, looking around to see if there is anyone in sight then started sprinting towards the location to find the real base of Seventeen.

Let the chase begin.
