His hands tightly gripped on the pistol, his eyes wandering around the warehouse. He is currently crouched on one of the branches of the trees surrounding the area, identifying the dangers that might lurk. Taehyung did notice a few movements in the corner of his eyes, and he is aware that he is not alone in watching the warehouse.

He deduced that there are at least three to four people in the trees waiting for an ambush, and the rest mayhaps are inside of the said warehouse. He did conduct a hack in the security cameras in the area but it seems like it's a rundown warehouse and there is absolutely no technology inside or even outside. But, he isn't losing hope when he tracked a gadget out of the warehouse.

It seems like they're waiting for Taehyung and to corner them as their prey. However, they may have mistaken him for that but Taehyung knows that he will never be prey in their eyes. He's the predator, waiting to devour them and strike when vulnerability comes.

He has to be patient. Unlike the past him who is reckless, he learned to be patient. Yet, that doesn't mean that a part of him all changed. There were still characteristics of himself from the past, and he knew that he cannot run away from the past for far much longer.

Minho, Taehyung learned that he is a cruel man. He knows how to manipulate one's mind and blackmail a person without thinking of its consequences. It almost made Taehyung chuckle at its ridiculousness. Minho is smart, but he is reckless. He never learned from the past.

With a signal on the tablet, he moved to his spot and tracked down the only person that has his hands on the gadget. He has to be careful, especially that he knows that he isn't alone.

As he gets closer to the target, he hears mumbled whispers and he knew that he got the right one. He spied above the trees, seeing a tall man and a man with round-rimmed glasses looking at the tablet.

"It's not moving at all." Taehyung recognizes him to be MG, based on the band that decorated their upper arm. Taehyung smirked, swinging down on the ground swiftly and crouching down as he moves his hand from the pistol to the dagger for a silent kill.

"Wait, he shouldn't be waiting for that long-" WW, the accomplice of MG hesitated in his words upon hearing a chuckle from Taehyung. "MG, run." In a quick motion, a dagger is pointed at WW face with an arm clasped around MG's neck.

"Why, hello there." Taehyung smiled, "It's a shame that you worked under Minho, or I would have let you go." His arm tightened around MG's neck, making the victim choke around his hold and struggle to escape.

"Wait!" WW flinched when the tip of the dagger made contact with his right cheek. "We were only forced by Minho. We didn't want this too." Taehyung tilted his head, slightly persuade by the sudden confession.

"Is that so? How will I know that you're telling the truth?"

"We know you're V, and my team truly do respect you. Minho threatened to kill our family if this gets out. They are being held hostage however we knew that we could trust ourselves to you. That's why we made it easier for you to find us." Now that Taehyung thought about it, Seventeen is known to be ruthless and very smart of their moves. He does become perplexed when he found them as easily but this wasn't enough for him to be convinced.

"Prove it." He moved away, his arm still holding MG in a chokehold. "Tell me your real names and maybe I'll reconsider not going in a killing spree."

"I'm Wonwoo." He didn't hesitate to tell, "The guy you're holding is Mingyu."

"We truly do like to work with you." Taehyung turned his head towards the figure that emerged from the trees. "I'm the leader, Seungcheol also known as S.Coups. Wonwoo is telling the truth."
