Shower Thoughts (MHA oneshots)

Bakugou x reader

Slight angst

The water from the shower poured onto your skin and drenched it with moisture. You scrubbed the shampoo through your hair, letting the foam-like solution saturate it. Then there was a loud knock on the door.

"Hey, dumbass! Hurry up in there!"

Bakugou was never really subtle when he wants something. Whatever he was knocking about, it was something he wanted really bad.

You finished up your shower and got out with a towel draped over you. Bakugou was sitting on the edge of the bed with a comb and a brush by his side.

"What's this for?" you questioned him

"Look, dumbass, I just... wanted to do something nice for you." he mumbled

"Really? That's so nice, babe."

Bakugou looked away with a tiny hint of red on his cheeks.

"Alright then i'll go get dressed and-."

Bakugou quickly turned his face to you.

"No!" Bakugou shouted

You turned around surprised at his outburst.

"I don't mind you like this."

Bakugou has always been needy for as long as you have been his partner. You knew he was still held up that it was his last time seeing you for awhile.

"How come your so needy today?" you said sitting down in front of him.

"I'm not needy! Dumbass! I just miss being with you. I can't stand it, being alone, whenever I wake up in my own house and your not there it tears me apart, teddy bear."

You and Bakugou had a complicated living situation. It took Bakugou two hours just to drive to your apartment, so he could never stay for more than a month. Today was your last day before he had to go back to his place. You had talked about moving in with him into a house, but neither of you had the funds for it.

"Hey, look at me, babe."

Bakugou looked up at you.

"We are going to be ok. As long as we keep our spirits high, we won't be as far as you think we are, alright?" you said hopefully as you gave him a kiss on the lips.

Bakugou grabbed you by the hips and pulled you into a hug. You sat on his lap and put your hands on his shoulders. You pulled away from the kiss after a few seconds.

"You wanted to brush out my hair, right?"

"Yeah."

You got off his lap and grabbed a stool and sat down in front of him. He grabbed the brush, and placed his hand under your wet hair. He gently glided the brush through your hair.

"Eh teddy bear, why is your hair so goddamn soft?"

Bakugou stroked your hair with his tender hands. He brushed your hair some more, but then it got caught on a tangle. Your head jerked back.

"Damn tangle!"

Bakugou kept brushing your hair more and more tangled kept snagging on the brush, and your head kept jerking back.

"Grrrrr!!"

His rough behavior didn't really bother you until one particular pull.

"OWW!!" you yelped

Bakugou immediately stopped brushing, he moved from the bed to in front of you.

You looked up at him, his eyes were softened and looked apologetic.

"I'm sorry, teddy bear, I'm not the best at doing hair. I just wanted to do this for you and-."

"You don't need to apologize, it's alright."

"No I do need to! I don't have the job or the money so that we can live together, and here i am whining like a child because i can't see you!"

Bakugou started to tear up, you extended you arms and pulled him in close to you chest.

"Shhh... it's ok, i'm here and i would never leave you."

Bakugou, cradled in your arms, cried for a few minutes. All you could do was cuddle him. When he stopped, his eyes became puffy and red, and his eyes were closed.

"Hey..." you shook Bakugou a little

You shook him again but he didn't wake up.

"Must've fell asleep"

With the best of your strength you carried Bakugou to the bed. You laid him down to sleep, you laid next to him giving him a kiss on the forehead.

The next morning

You got up pretty early to make breakfast for you and Bakugou. It was the least you could do to help him with his trip back. Bakugou got up just after you finished with breakfast.

"Hey."

"Hey" Bakugou said groggily

You got up and gave him a shower of kisses and gave him a huge hug.

"What the hell are you doing, dumbass?"

"I'm trying to make this an easy trip back home for you."

"Teddy bear.."

"Come on, I made you breakfast."

Bakugou, begrudgingly walked over to the table and sat down. In front of him were a plate of pancakes with fruit on the side and a glass of orange juice.

Bakugou's face lit up.

"Teddy bear... you made this for me?"

You nodded

Bakugou got up and gave you the biggest hug you could ever imagine.

"You're the best partner a guy can ask for, teddy bear! I love you so much."

"I love you too babe."

Later that day

You gave Bakugou one last kiss goodbye before sending him off. He promised to see you again as soon as he could.

I'm not to proud about this one but this was my first angsty writing.
