.  .   .  .

It was a nice Sunday morning, birds tweeted their lovely songs..no wait.. are they even real birds?

In this world today, there is no such thing as plants nor animals. Everything is just silly ol' robots walking around.

"Wake up darling, we have a mass to attend" Laurie softly said as she gently shakes the sleeping figure

"But.. I'm still sleepy...." Zariyah responded while she hugged her pillow tightly

"Do you want me to let your brother pour cold water onto your face?" The mother chuckled as she gestured Nikolai to get in the room

"Buuuut... Francineee..." Zariyah then gasped as she felt cold water hit her pale face."Hahaha! Get up sleepy head!" Nikolai ran away laughing, Zariyah stood up quickly and chased his brother.

The mother was left in the room, she looked around until she found a drawing that was placed down on the night stand"Francine... What a old elegant name." She smiled.

The mother then folded the paper and put it back the night stand.

"Sit down you two, I'm just going to buy some flowers as an offering later." The mother whispered and walked away

Zariyah and his brother just nodded and sat down quietly.

The Church was so beautiful, the paintings of the life of Jesus was everywhere.

A garden could be seen outside through the glass colored window"Brother, Can I go outside for a while?" Zariyah asked

Nikolai nodded and made a 'shoo' motion with his hands, how fancy he is.

Zariyah stood up and quietly walked towards the large oak door of the church

My lover's got humor

She's the giggle at a funeral

For what Zariyah expected, she expected that there will be hundreds of beautiful flowers dancing along with the wind, but instead she was greeted by tons of statues.

Knows everybody's disapproval I should've worshiped her sooner

If the Heavens ever did speak

Statues, stone statues of saints in both sides and a large wooden cross at the middle.

She slowly walked as she observed every detail the so called garden has It was like an abandoned garden,

since there are vines wrapped around the stone statues and the grass around was growing in a very uncanny way.

She's the last true mouthpiece

Every Sunday's getting more bleak

A fresh poison each week

After reaching the middle where the cross was placed, Zariyah saw a nun, the nun was kneeling which made Zariyah think that she is praying.

Zariyah slowly approached the praying figure, "Hello..!" Zariyah softly greeted the nun"Why, hello darling.. What are you doing here?" The nun responded as she smiled

"My mother is currently buying flowers so I just wandered around and I happen to stumble upon this place.." Zariyah lied.

"We were born sick", you heard them say it

My church offers no absolutes

She tells me, "Worship in the bedroom"The only Heaven I'll be sent to"

"Ah, I see... Well, care to pray with me young one?" The nun said as she patted a spot beside her, Zariyah sat down.

It was pure silence, the nun quietly whispered her prayers while Zariyah just observed.

Is when I'm alone with you

I was born sick, but I love it

"Sister, what's your name?" Zariyah asked "My name is Clemencia, but you can call me Sister Clemencia or just simple Sister Cia" The nun responded.

"Sister, is it okay to be inlove with someone who has the same gender as me?" Zariyah asked out of the blue.

"Well.. you know, some people say that being gay is a sin right?" Sister Clemencia said, Zariyah just nodded.

"But that doesn't mean you have to stop being you, this is what makes you feel you so don't try to change yourself even if people says that you must, don't listen to them." Sister Clemencia added while she gently patted Zariyah's back

Command me to be well

A-, Amen, Amen, Amen

"But, its a sin..-" Zariyah was cutted off by Sister Clemencia chuckling.

"God hates the sin, not the sinner."

Song : Take me to church by Irish musician Hozier.

The song might not be fitting with the topic but I just feel like The song fits. The church was referenced to the church I attend to, but sadly I can't go there anymore due to the pandemic.

But the church doesn't have any creepy human sized statues nor a cross in the middle, instead there is a cemetery with a human sized

Mother Virgin Mary which looks kinda old since there are vines surrounding her, there is also small angel statue around the place which is creepy as heck.

Fun fact! The name Clemencia means Mild and gentle; merciful; good natured and soft hearted.
