soaked in the bitterness of venom
you have crumbled into the ground
like a decrepit tower
though you have been heeded well
by the tender souls to offer you mercy
so that you could remedy
you rubicund-painted knees
so that you could mend
the fragmented parts of your stronghold
and reunite with benevolent angels
that are willing to surround your life
with vibrant and picturesque
colors
