Morning slowly came as the sunlight slow started to shine into Y/N's room as he and Yura were still sleeping. The sunlight slowly reach Yura's face as she slowly started to wake up. When she woke up, she saw that Y/N was still sleeping causing her to smile.

Yura: It's morning Y/N. Time to wake up.

Y/N slowly woke up feeling rather groggy. However, his eyes were a bit red along with some scales appearing above his eyes protruding outward.

Yura: Are you ok? Said sitting up.

Y/N felt a sharp pain in his head causing him to hold his head.

Yura: Y/N.

Nova: Best you leave Yura. It'll be for the best if you don't want to get hurt.

Yura: But.

Y/N: P-please. Said holding his head in pain. J-just.....go.

Yura was worried about him but left the room after getting ready for school. Y/N held his head in pain as he fell onto the floor as his head started to riddle in pain.

Y/N: W-What's happening? Said as he dug his nails into his head. I-it hurts.

Nova: Your body is slowly changing to that of a dragon. Well, it'll be gaining more dragon-like features.

The pain continued to grow in severity as Y/N began to roll on the floor hitting the shelves and bedframe in his room. A tail slowly started to protrude from his back as he dug his nails into the ground. His face started to change slightly as he cried out in a mixture of pain and a roar.

Meanwhile, everyone was downstairs eating breakfast as Yura finally arrived downstairs.

Nimura: Morning Yura.

Yura: Morning. Said smiling.

Momo: Where's Y/N?

Yura: He's....not feeling well. 

Tsubaki: Not feeling well?

Yura nodded to her which got everyone's attention.

Sona: What do you mean?

Yura: Well.

???: It's a phase he's going through since he's a half breed.

They looked to see Tiamat leaning on the doorframe from the hallway.

Asia: A phase?

Tiamat: That's right. The best thing for him is not to go to school until this passes over.

Nimura: How long will that be?

Tia: For now, I say until this part is over. You all don't have to worry about him. I'll make sure to take of him in the meantime.

Tsubaki: This part? You mean there is more?

Tiamat: I know you want answers but you need to attend school. It's for your own safety. Trust me.

Everyone was worried about Y/N however they knew school was important.

Sona: Alright. Just keep us updated on his condition.

Tiamat: I'll do what I can.

Sona nodded as they gathered their things and left for school after finishing breakfast. While they were walking to school, they ran into Ryuji and the others.
