You sleep so happily

└────❀*̥˚───◌───❀*̥˚┘

HaNeul's feet swung back and forth on the bench, slightly exhausted and sweaty. Her bangs were no longer stuck on her sweaty forehead because of the late evening breeze that cooled down onto her face. Eyes shut tight and close, her head too was resting on the back of the bench just like the sleeping boy beside her.

The tension and pressure were all gone at that moment, any worries and anything that troubled her didn't reach Jey's head. She was just content and happy to have a lovely evening, one she hasn't had in months if not even years.

There were moving noises beside her, she saw the man beside her move and nudge his head whilst rubbing his eyes.

A soft yawn came out of Taehyung's mouth causing his nose to scrunch cutely. He kept rubbing his eyes for a while, she looked with amused eyes observing every little detail at that moment. His long lashes went up and down as he blinked at the girl who seemingly was gawking at him with her fluttering hazel-caramel eyes.

His orbs rounded twinkling with realization and he looked back at her.
"I-I'm so sorry I fell asleep...", eyes down to the ground like a child who got having sweets when he wasn't supposed to. Her eyes blinked once before a smile cracked its way through because to her it was clearly no biggy that he fell asleep.

"It's fine Taeeeeeee.", she piped up before patting his head. Tae looked at her dumbfounded still not convinced.

"But I fell asleep for God knows how long, Jeyyyyy.", he whined pointing at himself to put the blame on himself.
"I don't mind okay? Besides you were tired and so was I", she sighed shot him a toothy grin," it's ok."

"If you say so....."

That moment both their stomach grumbled bringing out a gurgling sound. Taehyung's eyes shot wide as he noticed his stomach make those sounds but his eyes were soon normal when he also came to the realization that she was hungry too.
He scrunched his nose again while cutely chuckling, his small laugh was like music to her ears.

Her apple cheeks mantled with blush causing her to bite her lips out of spite.
"Couldn't you wait to make that noise?! Dammit, tummy.", she slapped some minute profanities to her stomach.

"Well looks like we both are hungry! Let's to some café nearby.", Taehyung suggested.

"Sounds like a good idea!", she exclaimed, happy with the idea.
"Let's goooooooo", hand in hand they both ran to the entrance of the spring park near Han River.

The two caught the nearby bus and soon landed their feet in front of a small brown café. The front gate was made of glass with wooden hinges attached to the sided. It had a white coffee mug painted on it.
There were climbers and creepers set above the door giving a nice calm vibe. Some purple fig marigolds set at the front door giving colour to the golden-brown themed café.

Taehyung pushed the door open, a bell rang above and right in front of the entry door. He looked inside the small café, it was extremely welcoming looking.

There were beige fluffy couches with an earthy green rud below them covering the entire floor. Plants, both fake and real were placed neatly throughout the place which made it seem very pleasing and added the needed bit of greenery.
The tables and chairs and utensils were all a dark wooden colour, the place overall seemed very cosy to Jey.

She looked at Taehyung who was stationed beside her. The light from the dim-yellow bulbs falling on his side profile making his face practically glow.

Soon the orders they have placed came, Taehyung ordered a bowl of black-bean noodles (jajangmeyeon)with seasoned bean sprouts and pear juice. HaNeul on the other hand ordered Korean sushi (kimbap) with tender sweet-sour beef with rice(bulgogi).

The jajangmyeon was filled to the rim of the bowl, white thick noodles covered with a marron-brown sauce that glistened against the light from the blub above their heads. Specks of sesame seeds and vegetables of various kinds floating on the think paste of black bean noodles.

The kimbap looked like any other normal sushi but with ham and tuna inside of it now, vegetables slightly sticking as she pressed on it with her wooden chopsticks. The outside covered with seaweed.
The bulgogi looked nicely cooked, the sweet-sour flavor filled the air causing both of them to look at it as a predator to its prey.
The smell was incredible and even mouth-watering to them too.

Both of them started munching down the food, too hungry to even say anything. Chewing and drinking sounds filled the atmosphere, too hungry to even utter a single word.

Jey saw the way Tae ate, he wasn't barbaric or a messy eater which made her huff with relaxation. His mouth formed a round pout whenever he chewed with his mouth closed. It made him look adorable,  like a cute little Winter Bear. The hot steam and temperature of the black-bean noodles that he was eating made him lips very swollen, red, and round as he continued on chewing.

What she failed to notice was that even the pouty-bear boy who ate in silence was stealing glances from her. Her bangs hanging loosely cutting right at her brows, her rose-gold rimmed glasses now on the far end of her nose with her pink swollen lips. The lip gloss had previously worn off but he didn't care about that, somehow her lips still managed to look so incredibly bright and pink.

Her head waddled from side to side as she chewed on her food like a happy little kid. His puffy lips curved into a grin when he saw her enjoying the food.

The Winter Bear was glad that the Blue Parrot enjoyed her meal.
