Chapter 3

Grace's POV

"We need to have a long talk."

After Papa said this everyone went silent even the TV was turned off like damn was I really that important *mentally flips hair*but I also kinda wanted to hear this cause like I never even knew my father was still alive and now I have five brothers and to be honest it was getting pretty confusing.

"Could you please fucking explain why this girl looks exactly like that bitch!!" Jaxon exclaimed.

"Language!" Papa didn't look too happy like at all and that guy Jason or whoever he is was fuming I could almost see the smoke coming out of his ears.

"I used my manners Dad!!!!"he stated again,you know I think if we went back now we could still catch the plane or we could just like run cause the tension in this room was so thick I could literally cut it with as knife.

"If you may let me Mr. King, I would like to explain," Papa gave Mrs. Summers a nod and then she continued,"so as you all know your mother-"

"She is not our mother!" Blade roared. Oh gosh, there they go again you know I was getting really bored of this temper tantrums they were like extremely annoying like could someone please change their diaper. Ugh!

"Please do not interrupt  when I am talking young man!" She cleared her throat then continued" As I was saying, your father's wife or as you mostly know her, Victoria, run away with Grace fourteen years ago after that unfortunate event took place here in your household, I am terribly sorry for what happened. A few years ago we received intell that some the drug dealers were distributing cocaine in New York. Victoria was one of the few who have been stated to be close with the 'boss' and so as the law states that the minimum sentence for drug possession is five to ten years and unfortunately she was also under the influence of marijuana during the arrest so she will also be kept in rehab. That is all for now the rest of the information is pretty clear knowing well that Grace here doesn't legally  have a guardian since her mothers sentence is not clear your father has agreed to adopt her, well.....not adopt but take her under his care since he is also her biological father it is not of much difficulty. For the rest you father will tell you more."

"If you may excuse me I would love to take my leave, Mr. King would you mind if we discussed some of the details on the way."

Jaxon's POV

She's alive. My sister's alive,but that bitch took her away I will never forgive her for what she did to us. Grace looked a bit malnourished and she was pretty thin she couldn't even take care of her not surprised. But the thing I hated most about this is that that bitch is still alive, I was actually hoping she had died because that's what she left me to do, she left us all to die.

Grace was always her favourite, when she was born Victoria adored her I was always in her shadow even though she was a baby and needed attention none of us ever got to be looked at with such admiration and love .At some point she even stopped breast feeding me I was a baby for crying out loud. I'm a year older than Grace but she always got everything ,my brothers adored her dad absolutely loved her and just like that I was forgotten, I admit that I am jealous of her but I will ensure I make her life hell just like she made mine. I always tried to make them notice me but I always did something wrong and I would be in trouble. After the tragedy it took some time for the everyone to start talking to me again the said they didn't blame me for what happened but I knew deep done that they all did. Dad and I have never had a civil conversation without arguing. She took my childhood away and I was determined to may her life here hell!!

Grace's POV

After Mrs. Summers and Papa left I just stood there awkwardly. One of them was glaring at me  i think it was that Jason guy but the others just looked shocked. One guy stood up and I took a step back, the smile on his face faltered a bit but he covered it up with another.

"Hi am Brooks,"he said while extending his hand I took another step back he just cleared his throat then continued," let me introduce you to the others, this is Xander he is the oldest and is usually in charge when Dad's at work, this is Axel he doesn't talk much but you'll get used to him. That guy over there is Blade and the last one is Jaxon. Any questions?"

So let me get this straight okay, big guy is Xander , smiley is Brooks, grey eyes is Axel , smirky is Blade and poop face is Jaxon. I didn't like this Jaxon guy cause he kept glaring at me but the others seemed pretty cool so am not complaining.

Unknown POV

There was a knock on my office door and I hesitantly let them in. One of my spies from the police office entered and he bowed.

"Speak!" I boomed I was really not in the mood today.

"Sorry s-sir they found Victoria."he said while stammering a bit.

"Did you find the necklace?"

"No s-sir we didn't find it we searched the house bu-t something was off and her daughter wasn't home, I saw her with some social officer at the station but I didn't ask sir , my apologies."

"So your telling me that your can't find a fucking necklace do you know what that thing is worth!! Go find someone yo track it."the little guy was trembling but he left the office anyway. I couldn't care less that necklace held something so dear to I couldn't bear if it got lost.

I opened the last drawer from my desk and removed the box. I opened it to reveal that stupid engagement necklace that bitch always wore. I made a replica of it a long time ago and exchanged the necklaces knowing well that that slut would take care of it thinking it was hers but I guess I was wrong and it was time I take it back and fulfill my plan. Its been long far far too long, and it was time.
