It was the day of the competition and the first girl on was called Mia, she also had a ballet solo, just like kenzie! This wasn't good, they both had ballet solos and the choreography was quite similar, Mia's solo was called beauty and kenzie was on next. They then said "next up is mackenzie, with her ballet solo, angels in the sky!💘💎
Mia was just wearing a pink leotard and tights, but kenzie looked amazing! She was wearing a purple ballet dress which stuck out everywhere and it had cute, small flowers embroided on it. When she stepped on stage she looked beautiful, she started off with her little ballet routine, then she had a front ariel that went perfect, she slid into the splits then done a fish roll on her feet, but then it came to her 30 pirouettes she nailed it! A couple more acts went on then they called my name, I was wearing A loosely fitting top with a red star on it and black pants and obviously tap shoes.
I ran on stage and started off with my 3 side ariel then started my tap routine, i then finished the dance with a pirouette an then jumped into the middle splits. I went back to the dressing room and took the bun out of my hair and got ready for awards, I got into the top 10, then top 5, and then top 3, I was sure I was going to win, " in 3rd place is sadie with her solo New York City" the announcer called, but then he said "in 2nd place is"...
