1. If you are honest, you will be free of guilt

5. An honest person never denies the truth about himself no matter how bad it is
6. Honesty is what keeps relationships alive
7. Honesty will be an invaluable tool if you want to live a Godly life
8. Honesty makes God happy
9. Honesty can take you far in life(along with Prayer. If you combine those two, God will surprise you by taking you to places that you never expected to get to)
10. Being honest with someone will allow you to know which friends are fake and which are real: The reason why I chose to only explain this is because at first glance it will seem a bit hard to grasp but in reality is very simple actually; if you are honest with a "fake" friend about their mistakes and confront them with it, they might dislike you for a long while and might do anything to get back at you for calling them out in public but if you call out a "real" friend about their mistakes, although the truth at the time will be a tough pill to swallow at the time like it is for most of us, they will only be frustrated with you for a little while before realising at the end of the day that you were right to call them out and will try to correct those flaws and they'll thank you for showing them how wrong they really were.
The Bible says in Proverbs 27:9 "The heartfelt counsel of a friend is as sweet as perfume and incense".
