Mikey's Tummy Ache

⚠️Warning brotherly fluff overload !!! ⚠️

It was 12:00 am at night and all the turtles were sound asleep . Mikey was dreaming sweet dreams until he felt a bad pain in his tummy . He tossed and turned and whimpered . Mikey got tummy aches if he ate to much to fast or he had a gas bubble in his tummy . Sometimes he got them out of no where . He felt like he a balloon filled with air and he whimpered in pain. "Owie ouchy !!!" Mikey whimpered

Luckily Donnie had heard Mikey's whimpering and went to see what was wrong . He felt terrible when he saw Mikey toss and turn holding his tummy and gentle woke him up .

Mikey shot up and looked around to see his big brother standing by his bed ."Donnie ?" Mikey asked in his scared and painful voice ."Yeah baby brother I'm here what's wrong ?" Donnie replied in his big brother voice . " my tummy hurts bad !" Mikey whimpered .

Donnie rubbed Mikey's head ." Aw my poor sweet Mikey your ok buddy Donnie's here. "Donnie said softly .

"Did you eat to much again  or eat to fast?" Donnie asked

Mikey shock his head "No I ate slowly this time ."

"Do you feel gassy ?" Donnie asked as he put his hand on his littlest brothers shoulder

Mikey shock his head again "a little it feels like I have a balloon in my tummy and it hurts !" Mikey whined .

Donnie touched Mikey's stomach and it indeed felt like a balloon was in there while his Stomach made a lot of gassy nosies .

Mikey whimpered when Donnie touched his stomach . Donnie stopped right away and stroked Mikey's head . "Your ok buddy I know it hurts you ." Donnie said softly.

"Want me to get you something for your sore tummy baby brother ?" Donnie asked

Mikey only whimpered . "Don't cry buddy Donnie's going to make you all better like always ." Donnie said with a smile.

Donnie was about to leave to get medicine for Mikey when Mikey grabbed his arm ."Don Don please don't leave me alone ." Mikey said .

Donnie sadly smiled at the nickname Mikey called him when they were babies . He knew Mikey was very clingy when he doesn't feel well . "Want me to get raph and Leo to stay with you ?" Donnie asked

"No need for that Donnie we're right here ." Leo's voice came while raph was right next to him . Mikey whimpered in pain again . Raph and Leo quickly made there way to their ailing brother.

"Aw what's the matter little ototo ? Your tummy hurts you ?" Leo cooed

"Uhmm." Mikey nodded and gave Leo his famous puppy dog eyes and made grabby hands at him . Leo picked Mikey up with ease .

"Ok you two just keep an eye on him and cuddle him while I get the medicine." The eldest two nodded as Donnie left the room .

Mikey whimpered when Donnie left . He was always clingy to Donnie from the time he was a little baby but it worsened when Mikey didn't feel well . Always looking to cuddle and snuggle with Donnie when he was under the weather and got very sad moody when Donnie left him to get him medicine and other things he needed to make mikey feel better .

"Don't be sad little brother Donnie will be back in no time . Raph said gently as he rubbed Mikey's tummy to try and help Mikey's tummy ache go away .mikey only whimpered again since it hurt to even touch his tummy .

"Ouchy ' Mikey said as his bottom lip began to quiver. "No no no it's ok buddy I'm sorry don't cry ." Raph said softly .

Mikey whimpered as his stomach churned .

"Your ok ototo Donnie's getting your medicine." Leo said as he rubbed Mikey's head .

As if on cue Donnie came back with the medicine .

Mikey suddenly felt very nauseous and ran to the bathroom . All three big brothers saw this and ran to Mikey's aid. Leo rubbed Mikey's back raph rubbed Mikey's head and Donnie put a hand on Mikey's shoulder as he puked up his dinner from that night .

When he was done puking he looked up at his brothers and again  as his bottom lip began to quiver.
After they cleaned Mikey up Donnie picked him up and walked back  to their bedroom Raph and Leo following close behind .

They all sat on the bed as Donnie held Mikey in his arms . Mikey couldn't hold it in anymore opened his flood gates and cried and sobbed in pain. His big brothers comforted him as best they could

"Aw buddy your ok your ok don't cry little brother your alright Buddy hush now ." Raph said softly

"My poor little baby my poor angel your ok ototo I know your tummy hurts you ." Leo cooed

"Shhh shhh shhh shhh shhh my poor little Mikey your ok buddy Donnie's got you your ok Shh you want your medicine baby ." Donnie said .

Mikey still cried in pain .

All three older brothers looked at each other and knew exactly what to do to calm their baby brother down and hopefully help coax him into taking the medicine.

They sang his favorite lullaby

"Your are our sunshine our only sunshine
You make us happy when skies are grey
You'll never know dear how much we love you
Please don't take our sunshine away ."

Slowly but surely Mikey began to stop crying . Donnie have Mikey the stomach medicine . As he was drinking the medicine Mikey began to fall asleep like a tired baby who fell sleep while drinking a bottle .

"Aw look at that he feel sleep while being given the medicine how sweet time for sleep now baby brother." Leo said as he rubbed Mikey's head to lull him to sleep .

"Wow he must have been tried . " raph said.

"My sweet little Mikey go to sleep now baby brother night night ." Donnie said almost in a whisper .

Donnie began to home another lullaby to soothe Mikey to sleep. Not even a Second the baby blue eyes of the baby of the family closed and a sucking sound was heard telling the three older brothers Mikey had fallen asleep as always with his thumb in his mouth . And yawned cutely

"Aw!" The older brothers said .

Mikey nuzzled Donnie in his sleep and cuddled closer . Donnie kissed Mikey's forehead .

"Feel better lil Mikey we love you ." Raph said

"Get some sleep now Mikey ." Leo said .

"Night night baby brother sweet dreams your belly will feel better by tomorrow . " Donnie said

"I don't wanna leave him ." Leo said

"Neither do I ." Donnie replied

"Yeah I say we stay with him tonight ."  Raph said

Donnie and Leo nodded . They all climbed into Mikey's bed and pulled the covered over themselves .

Donnie was right in the middle of the cuddle pile holding Mikey and Raph was on the right side of Donnie while Leo was on the left .

"Night Mikey we love you ." The three older brothers said .

Donnie and raph drifted off to sleep snoring up a storm . Leo smiled and kissed all three of his little brothers goodnight .

"Sweet dreams my angels I love you three so ouch never forget that . Leo said as he drifted off to sleep .

Mikey knew how much he was loved  and adored by his big brothers and always took advantage of his cute baby brother role especially when he was sick hurt or scared . And he was grateful to have such amazing big brothers who would protect and care for him no matter what .

Hey guys !  I couldn't sleep because I have a stomach ache myself and it gave me the inspiration to write this cute story . I thought Mikey would be perfect for this story . Anyways see you all in the next one bye 👋
