Tenya Iida Oneshots (cause he needs love and I love him ;3) [ON HIATUS]

BIRTHDAY SPECIAL!!!- Blue Velvet

Y/n POV:

I woke up this morning from a dream about my crush, Tenya Iida. I sighed and got ready, knowing that today would be the same as any other day. That is, until I remembered that it was his birthday today. I jumped out of my skin as I realized it was a Saturday and the class was throwing a surprise party for him at a cafe near the school so everyone could meet up without much trouble from the dorms. I looked at my watch and cursed. There were only five hours before the party and I was in charge of sweets. Sato got sick and isn't able to make it, but my baking skills rival his, so it seems. I even won the best dorm award because of my baking and the overwhelming amount of boys who voted just because of my cake. I quickly pulled up the recipe for a Blue Velvet cake.

1 cup Crisco

1 cups sugar

4 large eggs

2 ounce royal blue gel paste food color

4 drops violet gel paste food color

4 tablespoons cocoa

4 ¼ cups all-purpose flour

2 scant teaspoon kosher salt

2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

2 cup buttermilk

2 teaspoon baking soda

2 tablespoon white vinegar

I sighed as I found no food coloring, so I went across the hallway and knocked, hoping they may have some instead. I knocked on the door and a very tired, very good looking, very shirtless Tenya Iida answered the door, rubbing his eyes like a small child and leaning his weight against the door frame. It was obvious he had just woken up. Since I was much shorter than him, he was leaning down very close to my face. I turned red and jumped back. He straightened up immediately when he saw me a few inches from his face.. "PARDON ME LOOKING SO UNPROFESSIONAL, (L/N)!" He exclaimed, looking mortified that a classmate had caught him not looking extremely strict and instead, looking extremely relaxed and vulnerable. I smiled at him and just said, "That's ok, Iida! I just wanted to know if you had any food coloring." He shook his head and apologized profusely. "It's alright, I just needed some for a new experiment I'm working on. I'll just ask Sato if he has some." I laughed and waved as I left and he shut the door quietly.

I headed towards Sato's dorm and he answered with a sneeze. "Food coloring?" He asked and I nodded. He came back with an entire box and I picked out a violet and a blue and thanked him before quickly running back to mine. He waved me off with a sneeze, turned pale, then bolted to the nearest bathroom, probably to puke. I made it back to my dorm and started baking.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

I turned on the oven and punched in 350 before checking to make sure I had all of my ingredients out.

Grease and flour 3 8-inch round cake pans.

I greased the pans and placed parchment paper instead of flour inside.

Cream Crisco and sugar together until light and fluffy, about three minutes. Add eggs one at a time, completely incorporating after each addition.

I used coconut oil instead of Crisco and combined the sugar with it completely before adding the eggs

In a small bowl, make a paste of food coloring and cocoa and add to mixture.
