By now food was already passed around, plates stacked up with all the different types of foods that sat on the table.

Nothing but the sounds of their forks or spoons hitting against their plates could be heard.

Some scared to say something, didn't know what to say, was trying to figure out shit, or either was just hungry, and wanted to just eat.

"None of you motherfuckers gone say something? It ain't never quiet at a black person table so where the bullshit?" Kd finally spoked up making Kentrell and the rest of the gang laugh.

Amoura just sat there with a smirk.

"Aye now stop all that shit, and Kd don't be cussing." She said.

"Ian none of Kendell, I'm grown. I can cuss." He shrugged. "We all grown here."

"True." Some agreed and Sherhonda just rolled her eyes.

"So how you and him meet?" Amoura mama decided to ask, even though she could care less.

Amoura put on a fake smile. "Really wanna know?"

"Yeah." She nodded her head.

"A club." Amoura shrugged eating some of her mashed potatoes.

"How long y'all been together?" Nisha asked.

"Why?" Her and Kentrell asked at the same time.

"Just a question." She mumbled.

"Not your business." Amoura mumbled. "Don't question shit dealing with me."

There was hella tension at the table.

"Why you gotta be so mean? You acting like we only did it." Nia mugged her, taking a sip from her drink.

"Bitch shut yo bad built ass up, I know damn well who did it. Think I don't? Now drink your juice like a lil kid that you are before yo neck end up split." Amoura snapped her head to Nia.

"DAMNNNNNNNN" Half the gang yelled out while the other half laughed.

"Wait what the fuck?" The mama asked. "I know you didn't just threaten her."

"I DID, and will do it again. Shit I'll threaten you, fuck is you gone do? Nothing, because you scared of me, and you know you is. I'll dog walk yo ass around this whole house and you'd end up dead." She snapped at her mom.

"Aye aye aye calm down Amoura." The day butted in.

"Sure I will." She chuckled. "Dad mind your business before I get to you, okay? Okay."

Amoura knew both of her parents were scared of her, and she loved it.

Her dad, then looked back at his plate staying quiet.

"Damn she just put both her parents on hush mode." Joe mumbled. "She got power."

"I mean she's pretty." Drea shrugged looking up from her food at Amoura.
