are we dreaming? (intak and jiung - p1harmony)

        "Hurry up, Jiung!" Intak called to a blond-haired boy running behind him. It was snowing, so they decided to take advantage of the night and play around in the snow. Jiung, already out of breath after trying to keep up with Intak while run-treading through the snow, laughed. "Maybe if you slowed down a bit, I'd be at your pace already!" He shouted. Intak grinned and stood in his place, waiting for Jiung to catch up to him. Jiung giggled and reached out a hand to grab onto Intak, and the other boy did the same. Except Jiung disappeared.

Then Intak woke up in his bed.

He sat up, blinking slowly as he was still processing what happened. Where's Jiung? He thought as he rubbed his eyes and looked out the window. The sun was rising, casting a shine over the bright white snow on the ground. Suddenly, Intak felt his chest tighten up a bit. Oh. He left.

Jiung appeared in his dreams often. Too often, actually. Intak had never seen him in person, yet he somehow still felt like there was some sort of connection between them. Like there was something bound to happen that would result in them meeting each other in real life. Intak sighs as he gets out of his warm bed to get ready for his day.

       "Intak!!" Theo, Intak's friend and fellow idol trainee, was carrying a big shopping bag and was struggling to get through the practice room door. "Hi. Uh, I think I need some help getting through the door. The bag's making it difficult and-"

Intak rolled his eyes and smiled. "You know you could, like, put down the bag first right?" He said as he went to go open the door all the way for Theo. As Theo mumbled a thanks towards the brown-haired boy and nudged his shoulder, Intak caught a glimpse of another trainee in the hallway. He seemed to have short blonde hair that awfully reminded him of Jiung. Intak begins to lose track of what he was supposed to be doing because suddenly, Theo is trying to pry his arms away from the door.

"I walked through this door like five minutes ago! Stop being nosy and let's practice," He scoffed as he tried to move the boy away from the frame of the door. Intak blinked and then realized that, indeed, Theo WAS in the room.
"Oh."

Theo laughed. "What, did you see the new trainee today?"
"There's a new trainee?"

Theo sat down on the couch and began to scroll through his phone. "Yeah, he came in yesterday." Intak furrowed his eyebrows as he sat down next to Theo . A new trainee? Since when?
Theo seemed to read his mind. "You weren't here yesterday, idiot. You went to visit your family, remember?" He reminded him as he tried to flick his forehead. Intak smiled sheepishly and swatted his hand away. "I think I'm just tired. Maybe I should just..." He pretended to slowly doze off and lean onto Theo's shoulder. Theo shouted at him and laughed before pushing away. The two of them play-fought with each other for another two minutes before the door opened again.

     "Hello?" Intak and Theo turned to look towards the door. In the middle of the entryway stood the blonde-haired boy that Intak had seen earlier. He froze in his place, while Theo stood up to greet the boy.

"Hi!" Theo bowed slightly as he walked to the boy, who bowed back. "I'm Theo. Nice to meet you!" The boy smiled back at Theo. "Hi, Theo. I'm Jiung! It's nice to meet you too."

Intak tried not to make it obvious that he was going to freak out. He looked AND sounded just like Jiung! There's no way it could actually be him. He's never seen him in person. But why does...why does he look so familiar?

"Can you stop making me look awkward and come say hi to Jiung too!" Theo hissed as he looked back at Intak. Intak blinked. "O-Oh. Right." Intak smiled weakly at the boy. "Hi! It's nice to meet you."

"Nice to meet you too, Intak." Jiung replied and grinned. Intak returned the smile. It wasn't until several minutes later that he realized he never told Jiung his name. His heart began to beat at a faster pace.

"I'll be right back guys, I'm gonna go get some water. Intak, show him around the studio, yeah?" Theo said as he walked towards the door. Intak gulped and nodded. "Okay."

Once Theo was all the way out the door, Intak went back to looking at Jiung, who was grinning now. Intak took a deep breath. This HAS to be the Jiung who visits his dreams.

"So, how have you been, Intak?"
