Nina Martin's story

Chapter 1

Don't expect this fanfic to be good, I am a rubbish writer 😁

(My POV)

Nina's parents were called Eleanor and Daniel martin (only names I could think of) they were lovely people with pure hearts full of goodness and all they wanted to do was protect their little girl Nina, they knew she was the chosen one but nina was too young to know so they didn't tell her.

Eleanor and Daniel were being threatened by senkhara and other evil gods who wanted to use the chosen one to find the cup of ankh pieces and build it then find the mask of anubis.
Nina's parents weren't gonna allow it as they wanted their daughter to grow up living a normal happy life without having her defeat evil gods (not till she was old enough anyway to need to use her chosen one ability) and have her life at risk.

Eleanor and Daniel refused to show the gods were the cup of ankh pieces were hidden (since they were in contact with the Frobishers) so then the gods cursed them and one day when they were driving home from a one month business trip they crashed and died a tragic sudden death.

Nina's gran was the only person to take her in. from that day nina would wait for her parents to come home where her mum would kiss her cheeks and her dad would call her his little princess!

Nina's gran couldn't bare to tell nina her parents had died so she kept it a secret till Nina was 14 that way she could understand better. Everyday nina would look out her window and wait ages for her parents blue car to stop by. Evelyn (Nina's gran) hated to see nina this way, but nina would only be in a worser state if she knew her mum and dad wee both dead. But as Nina got older she was able to deal with it more, although she still felt lost and confused. (Cry 😢)

She still lived a normal but-not-so-happy life. she went to school and had friends, but she couldn't help but get more curious to know the truth.

*flashback*
On the night of her parents death Nina woke up at 12.00 am and heard voices which sounded like her parents, it sounded like screaming and her mum was saying "Nina we're so sorry" nina replied "sorry for what mum?" But there was no answer she looked out of her window no car, she looked round the house, only her gran was there sound asleep in her own room. Nina couldn't figure out where those voices had came from since she didn't see her parents, but still she knew it was them, it was pitch black and nina was getting chills down her spine, a beam of light strode a cross the wall and a picture of the eye of Horus <•> was formed but of course She didn't know what that was. darkness fell upon the room again, Nina had decided she was imagining things and when she'd wake up her parents would be there sitting up on the end of then bed smiling at Nina Like she was the cutest thing in the world!
But come to the next morning nina's parents were still nowhere to be around, her gran told her they were extending the trip since they had so much work to fill out. Nina decided she wouldn't tell her gran about the strange night before since she figured it was just a dream and she didn't want to worry her gran. *end of flashback*

Every night nina would pray, wish, and hope for her parents to return as she missed them so much.

Nina was still fully unaware that her parents were dead
-but that's the way it would stay till Nina was ready and mature enough to know the real truth...
