○Chapter Ten

Taehyungs POV

Wh-what? Namjoon is Jin hyungs...twinflame?

Yoongi hyung immediately sits up, looking at them with his mouth wide open, "What?! How?" He shouts, confused.

Jungkook and Jimin also look at them with shock and confusion as they furrow their brows at them.

Nana gasps, clasping her hands together while smiling lovingly at the two.

Hoseok hyung and Yana also looked extremely shocked and confused, but weren't we all?

Jin hyung immediately stares at Namjoon with shock, eyes glancing back and forth from us to Namjoon.

Namjoon gulps, slowly looking at all of us.

I rest my elbows on the table as I lean forward against them, my brows furrowing as I watch Namjoon hyung closely.

"How?...You guys don't have a gap?" I tell him, he's eyes setting on me as he clears his throat.

"You see...um..." he trails off, glancing at Jin hyung as he rubs his back in comfort.

They communicate with eachother before nodding as they sit back down, scooting their seats forward as they settle down.

We all wait patiently, all feeling the nervous tension radiating off the two as Namjoon takes a sip of his whiskey, pulling it away from his lips as he gazes at the brown liquor, swirling it around the glass as he thinks of what to say.

"I don't quite know where to start..." he sighs, nibbling the inside of his cheek, Jin pats his thigh in reassurance, smiling softly at him.

"You see, we knew we were Twinflames since we met...back in our debut days–well, I wouldn't say we knew we were twinflames, we just knew we were somehow meant to be with each other."

He takes another sip of his whiskey before setting the glass down on the table, glancing at us.

"It wasn't until me and Yoongi started learning about it when I realized that's what me and Jin are. I didn't tell anyone because of the age gap of course...it just didn't make sense since we are only two years apart, until,"

Jin looks at Namjoon, grabbing his hand before speaking, "Until we met a Twinflame couple who also don't have an age gap."

I look around at everyone's expressions, they all looked concentrated on listening to them while jungkook and jimin look...sad.

I grab Nana's hand, squeezing it a bit while feeling the electric energy course through my veins.

I hum, shutting my eyes as I enjoy the feeling before opening them up and watching Namjoon and Jin again.

"We found out it's the most rarest cases about twinflames that are close in age. Since they are almost the same age, it's almost as if you are twins. Making your energies stronger...we are one of the rare ones."

Namjoon finishes, looking at all of us closely to see what we're thinking. Jimin and jungkook are the only ones that look bothered.

"That still doesn't explain why you didn't tell any of us. We are your brothers." Jimin says, anger and sadness laced in his voice as he stares them both down.

"It's not that we didn't want to tell you guys. Trust me, we really want to–"

"–Then why didn't you? Even if you didn't know for sure if it was a Twinflame, you still should've told us." He interrupts, voice becoming louder and angrier.

Jungkook notices, telling Jimin to calm down, which he ignores, his eyes piercing into Namjoons worried ones.

My heart started sinking as vile started to come up my throat. Confused at the reaction I'm getting, I realized it's Nana that's feeling this way. I pull my attention from the two and glance at her,
