First day in hell

Ugh I always dread the first day of school, but the worst thing about is I have to go to a completely new school. Summer high. I throw on my ripped skinny jeans and a red tee shirt.

(At school)

I am on my way to the main office to get my schedule when I run into a hard body. I look up, " oh, I'm sorry I wasn't paying attention" the guy looked up. he has these amazing blue eyes. he has a killer smile and really great hair. "Maybe you should try to next time" and he walked away. Wow, what an amazing person. I finally get to the office and I get my schedule. I have science first.
I finally find the class. I walk into the door and the teacher looks up at me. "Why are you late?"
"I'm sorry I had to find this class I'm new here" I replied back
"What's your name" he asked in a harsh tone.
"My name is Caroline Waters"
"You can sit next to River, River raise you hand so Caroline can see you"
When I saw who was raising their hand I couldn't believe my eyes. It is the guy that I walked into.
I walked over and sat down next to him.
"Hi, I'm Caroline"
"Um, does it look like I care?"
"Sorry, I was just trying to be nice"
"Does it seem like anyone wants to be nice, but my names River."
I try to go back to listening to the teacher, but a pencil taps me. I look over and River is intensely staring at me.
"Hey shortcakes, there will be a lot of guys on you today will you need a bodyguard?"
"No I'm alright."
"Ok then don't complain."
I finally block River out and before I know it the bell rings.
(Lunch time)
A blonde guy walks up to me,
"Hey you are the new girl right"
"Yep that's me"
"Well I am Brandon"
"I am Caroline"
"Do you want to go to lunch with me?"
"Umm.... Sure"
We walk into the lunch room and he directs me to his table. I cannot believe my eyes when I see who is sitting at that table. River, I look over to Brandon and say,
"Your friends with River?"
"Yeah, why do you know him?"
"Yeah, I kind of ran into him"
"Well sit next to me and we can talk"
"Ok"
We sit down and River says
"Hey Brandon, who did you bring along now?"
"Well this is Caroline. The new girl."
I kind of space out while looking around the table. There is River he has amazing sky blue eyes and jet black hair. He looks like the bad boy of the group. There is obviously Brandon he has green eyes and blonde hair he looks like the jock of the group. Then there are two other guys sitting at the table one has brown eyes and long brown hair he has a mellow vibe and the other has grey eyes and like a longer light brown he seems more energetic. Brandon taps me and says,
"This is cole" pointing to the one with brown eyes,"and this is max" pointing to the one with grey eyes.
"Hi"
River looked a little mad.
"I don't think that she should be here it has been us four for a while"
"River don't be that way you always have your dumb sluts at the table, so I can have my amazing friend here"
"Ashley is not a slut by the way"
"Oh really, because I'm pretty sure she fucked all of your friends"
"Whatever"
I get up from the table and start to walk out of the cafeteria when I feel a hand grab mine. I turn around and there's Max.
"Hey Caroline, don't be upset about the whole River thing he is kind of an asshole"
"Max I'm not upset what so ever I have to go to the bathroom"
"Ok so you will be back right?"
"Yeah of course"
I felt horrible I didn't come back to the lunch room I went to my locker instead and got ready for my next class algebra. Yay!
