Brendon and his friends were in the basement, just about to shoot their latest movie "The Man That Never Smiled" just as the cameras were set up and everybody was in their costumes, Melissa went up to the camera and yelled "ACTION"
The scene pans to a very tired Brendon...looking into his cup of coffee with sad eyes as there was a lingering feel of anxiety filling the room
"Hey there, Brendon me ol' mate" Jason said as he walked into the room while eyeballing the young actor "say? Why the long nose?"
" OK CUT " Melissa yelled as the two boys were laughing over Jason messing up his lines "it's "why the long face"" Melissa corrected while her friends continuously kept goofing off of
"We're sorry, Melissa but when I look at Brendon, that's the first thing that comes to mind!" Jason exclaimed while trying to catch his breath
"well I shouldn't be too hard on you guys... That was bad on my part" Melissa blushed "now let's continue working on our movie!"
Meanwhile, Shannon was in his room, silently sitting at his computer desk while playing a few video games, that soul crushing feeling still by his side, where was this coming from? He had no clue
"Darn....I lost.... Just like I lose at everything" Shannon sighed as he threw his controller on the bed before hearing a knock on the door
" come in" the young bully muttered in a depressive tone
"Hey Shannon it's Brendon.... We were wondering if you'd wanna be in our newest film?" Brendon asked while his friend sat quietly
" I guess so.... What's it about? " Shannon curiously stated while turning around to face Brendon
"Its about a man that was tortured and ridiculed throughout his whole life and never smiled once! We were wondering if you'd wanna play the lead role!?"
Shannon stared into oblivion, memories racing through his head, he hid his internal pain from Brendon in the best way possible "I'll do it!"
" Great! " Brendon smiled "come by my place in a few, ok? See ya later!" The young boy said cheerfully as he left leaving Shannon alone with his thoughts
" Yeah....see you there" Shannon spoke before banging his head down, tears streaming down his face, never in his entire life had Shannon cried before as he always tried to fight it off....but this time it wasn't worth fighting..... Nothing was...
