"What's Bakugou to you?"

Midoriya's beautiful eyes flickered towards Kirishima. "I-I beg your pardon?"

Kirishima leaned forward in the seat, his ankle resting on his on his other knee. "What's your relationship status with Bakugou?"

Midoriya's scarred fingers found each other as Midoriya spoke.

"W-well, our relationship is one sided, I guess...s-so..I can't speak for the both of us. I look up to Kacchan. I think he's amazing. Definitely hero material."

Kirishima made a noise, putting his chin on his palm. "I see. So nothing romantic going on?"

Midoriya flinched out of his skin when he asked that. "W-what!? No! T-that's crazy! I-I dont lean that way myself, a-and I'm almost sure Kacchan's not worried about dating r-right now!"

Kirishima tried to calm him down, saying it was just a question.

Midoriya closed his eyes. "L-look. I don't know what you're asking me...or what you want from me exactly. I don't think of Kacchan that way...and I know he doesn't. He can't even stand me sitting behind him, almost, let alone breathe the same air as him."

Kirishima noticed the change in Midoriya's voice when talking about the truth about Bakugou.

"Hey man...I think it's super manly how you address the situation and deal with his outbursts." Kirishima rested his hand on Midoriya's shoulder.

"Really?" The greenette asked. Kirishima nodded, showing off his pointy, shark like teeth.

"Yeah! I know a bunch of people who are kinda scared of him, actually. I think it's awesome how you face him. Like true rivals!"

His eyes lit up. "R-right!"

Kirishima's red hues found Midoriya's alarm clock, noting the time. "Look like it's dinner time! I'll see you around."

Midoriya's voice lowered. "Y-yeah. See you. A-and Kirishima!"

Kirishima stopped halfway through the hallway, seeing half of Midoriya's body in his doorway.

Midoriya held up a thumb, smiling largely. "Let's do our best!"

Kirishima returned the favor before running off towards the elevator.
