Niall.
I wake up with an awful headache-
Wait, no I don't. I didn't drink that much, so kudos to me. But I can't remember anything. I look next to me to a body sleeping under the blankets.
I lean over, and wrap my arms around her. She mumbles and groans, but adjusts.
"You looked great last night, I really missed you," I say.
"Yeah, don't I always," a masculine voice says. I kick the body off the bed, quickly getting up on my side.
"What the fuck?!" I yell. To my knowledge, Zayn stands up. I throw a pillow at him.
"Zayn, what the fuck are you doing in here?! Where the hell is Avery?"
He rubs his shoulder. "Dammit Niall, chill out for a second."
He looks around, as if he's trying to figure out where he is, but then his frown turns into a smile.
"I'm telling Avery that you tried to come on to me." He teases. I advance towards him.
"You better fucking not. I'll kick your beautiful arse." I threaten.
He pushes me out of the way and runs into the hallway, yelling for Avery. I chase after him, running down the stairs closely behind him.
"Ave! Avery!" He yells. We tumble into the kitchen. I put my hand over his mouth, him fighting me back and laughing.
I swear Zayn's and Louis' laugh are highly contagious. He finally wrestles my hands away from his mouth, yelling.
"Ave, Niall came on to me this morning in bed!"
The boys and girls, including Avery, laughs. I punch Zayn's arm and get up. Ave stands there, with her arms crossed and a taunting smile on her face. I know she's never gonna let me live this down.
Dani turns around in her seat. "So Niall, how'd you do it?" She smirks. I roll my eyes.
"Forget you guys. Avery was supposed to be next to me." I cross my arms and fake pout. Avery laughs, and stands in front of me.
"Is that so Niall? I believe you were supposed to be next to me."
I raise my brow and cock my head to the side. "Hm. And who did you wake up to?"
She points straight to Harry. I get a little jealous, but I'm just glad she didn't wake up next to Zayn. He's far too charming.
She kisses my cheek and brings her lips to my ear. "But I'd rather wake up next to you,"
I smile, feeling my cheeks warm. I place my hands on her waist, holding her close to me. She peers up at me with her green eyes.
I move in as if I'm about to kiss her but instead I lick her cheek.
She gasps, pushing me away. "You're disgusting, Niall Horan." I laugh.
She sits down at the table and I sit next to her. We all wait on Zayn and Harry to finish breakfast. The aroma of it all cooking is enough to make my mouth water.
Avery plays with her fork and I know she's thinking. But that's Avery for you. Always a thinker. And that's why we're the perfect match. I give her that boost of silliness and she gives me a boost of logic. We're like a puzzle piece.
I knock her shoulder with mine. Momentarily, she bumps mine back. I bump hers again and a smile creeps on her face.
"Stop it," she mumbles cutely. She kicks my leg a bit and I kick hers back. I move my chair closer to hers and lays my head on her shoulder.
